Windows Live ID (Passport) and safari (webkit) do not like each other.

And there are ways that your login cookies can get corrupted that cause loops. I've tried to fix most of those, but as you might imagine, they are hard to reproduce. Any time that happens, either clear your cookies (live.com and bungie.net), or go to xbox.com and sign in then sign out. That should get you a proper copy of the cookies. You can also just close the browser if you haven't set "save password"... which you should never, ever do.

cookie prolly got stuck in a texture

As someone who hasn't followed this game in months, what do the skulls on the Mythic Maps give you besides achievements?

Recon, eventually.
Okay, there's that.

All three are fun to find and were a neat extra. I still don't have the Sandbox one, but my kid an I are getting close.

Holy...shit....

Team SWAT on Orbital....three players on the other team quit immediately. 4 vs. 1...cakewalk right?

We fucking lost 40-23.

I haven't played competitive multi in months, but that shit is just embarrassing. Other than rust, my only excuse is that my teammates were likely clinically retarded. Redbladde, whoever you are, you and your two guests suck!

Nah. On SWAT, it's much easier for one person to kill 2-3 people before dying then 3 people to kill 1 person before he kills more.

Especially if your teammates are horrific, and with experience playing SWAT in Orbital, pretty easy to win when you have four targets, no radar, and one bullet (most times) to the face gets you a score.

I wouldn't mind, though, Team Snipers in that map. No radar, and long sights of vision. No grenades, either, right? lol

I suppose, and I can't say anything bad about my opponent. That dude was just the master of the BR headshot.

Even though my team lost, I did have quite a bit of fun doing it :D

:lol Dude, I was already nervous enough being up there in the middle with the Sniper, and when I heard footsteps coming through my speakers that I knew wasn't mine, I just turned and shot. :lol

So, I'm trying to capture some film right now. A 12 minute game...I set everything up correctly like I always do, I hit play on the film and then record on my laptop and everything is going fine 2 minutes in. I decide to go take a break and come back in 8 minutes. I come back and instead of the match being shown through my perspective, it's shown through my teammates perspective in first person. This is the second time that it has happened. It never happened to me while just watching the film through my TV, just when I capture. It's fucking annoying because now I have to recapture the whole film and baby sit the fuckin thing. Anyone else have this happen to them? I also wanted to note, that the data in the film holds the first person point of view of every player obviously because of what just happened to me. I'd like to know why we can't watch the films through our TV with first person perspective of everyone instead of just the film creator. Kind of weird.

It might be because it looks like shit and doesn't run well. Which is true because I was just watching my teammates perspective on my own film in first person and it was choppy. Not like laggy, just choppy.

Where minds meet.

Two heads are better than one.

2 kills, 1 point.

Brainstorming session.

Two root canals for the price of one.

A brace of neck braces.

I've had this happen to me as well. When Gamevee was still up, a film that they captured for me switched perspectives midgame. Would be interested to know why this occurs.

Love the way the flashback sequences are done. It makes worth watching the episode alone.
See? That's what makes the world go round. I found the flashback sequences cheap and gimmicky, and would have skipped the last couple if I didn't feel like I'd be cheating before a newspost writeup.

I hope this 'click in the box to go to another movie' fad dies soon - it's driving me nuts.

Suprised you guys are still watching Arby'N Chief. It got stale pretty fast.
This. Master Chief sucks at Halo and a lot of the first season was good, but it started to get old for me. =\ I can't sit through a whole episode anymore.

They've done this with the last couple of episodes? It is gimmicky, but I like it. After a couple of episodes? Not so much.

That was the first episode I've seen in awhile. I stopped watching after the eighth or so episode.

I think that the Arbiter character is getting a little stale but I'll never tire of Chief's vulgarities and obscene obliviousness :)

Hey guys I got a bit of a problem.

Every time I play Campaign mode MC just stands there doing nothing than it takes me out saying a player just signed out. Has this happened to anybody before and how do I fix it?

I just found out Halo 3 sold >89,000 last month. EL OH EL.

And it has officially sold 6 million in the US. I wonder if Bungie will blog that. :O

Probably will at 7 mil since they are big fruits

I had to quit out of 2 games in a row against the same people who, when my team was down in number as some assholes had quit, continued to spawn kill us instead of scoring the final bomb/flag. Fucking douchebags.

I'm really happy that Microsoft's "Avoid this player" option works well considering that after the first match I played, I avoided ALL 4 PEOPLE IN THEIR PARTY and it still fucking matched me up with them in Mythic which is a fucking SOCIAL playlist. Fix your shit, MS.

That's east coast time, right? I'll be on for as long as I can. My voice is still shot, so I might be quiet through most of it. Interested to try some of the updated maps, and get the last two films to submit Entrenched to Atlas, if folks are up to indulging me.

Yes, and that's okay. I just want a chance to try out Outskirts before it gets too crowded.

Yeah, I wonder what the cause of the previous two months of Halo 3 charting. I just checked and the prices seem to be at $40 but I'm not sure if that's lower than it's been or what.

Brings me back to the days when Halo CE constantly charted in the top 10 for a ridiculously long time.

Even at 6 million it is still selling 80,000+ units each month. I do not doubt it might hit 7 million which would extremely High for 1 country.
