As a side note, Metroid drove me to victory last night where on a Hog where I got both Untouchable and Perfection medals in the same game by turret spraying everyone. It was Big Team Slayer on Standoff (not heavies obviously or I'd have been lasered immediately).

Agreed usually unranked FFA's are full of bad kids. Just won 4 DLC FFA's in a row with little competition. Sometimes I wonder how kids get their generals because I straight poop on them.

Edit: Holy shit. I go in for a a game of DLC and get oddball, and I get the achievement. Awesome.:lol

Icy Treats is awesome for the most part, and I love Fiesta, but it suffers from the same moronic decision that bothers me also with DLC FFA. Why allow guests to join in together? It's a free for all game not a team oriented gameplay type. What ends up happening is that you'll see guests not killing each other. Why the hell would you allow that? I know guests tend to suck 99.9% of the time, but that still gives people and advantage in these FFA games.

Finally got the annual achievement. took our party over 2 hours and 20 mins to get it. The problem was that one guy wasnt familair with the last stretch of track so evne though I took lead mistakes would happen.

also the lasers are fukking gay

So, I got the 7 on 7 achievement, and...I lost my Security helmet.


Damn it. That's one of the only helmets I like. :\

Got the 7 on 7 in Dlc ffa....and I can say with a good degree of confidence that I am probably never going to play FFA on Halo 3 again.

Free-for-All in Halo has always sucked :( You essentially trade kills with other people while someone shoots you in the back, rinse and repeat.

The new books looks and sounds hot. I actually never got around to reading the last one, so I should probably do that first.
