Something like this seems possible. At the very least, it's a really different take on the AI from the likes of Cortana.

The alleged Bungie and Rare event is going to be September 25th somewhere in Europe, BlimBlim says he's heard things about it to from his sources, so I think that gives a little bit more credibility to it. So maybe, this will be shown then? Anniversary of Halo 3 ftw.

Then again, it also says Tokyo in the transmission, maybe it's just there... or hint to Tokyo Game Show? :S I have no idea why they premier a Halo game at TGS though.

This kind of communication seems like a very odd thing to classify, if it were UNSC in nature. Nothing of real importance is in this communication, so why classify it? The only reason I can think for classifying it would be that it is Forerunner (or possibly another alien source), which would be enough reason to classify it and not let the public have access.

I think our best bet is the anniversary of Halo 3's release, and I do believe this is pertaining to their next title, not a map pack or story expansion or w/e other crazy idea you guys are coming up with.
