I couldn't get the Elites off the damn things. Really pisses me off now to know it was possible.

I used a shotgun to shotgun/melee the one on the turret closest to me. Also, when you're out over the ocean and you break off the turret, you'll fall to the water at about 1/4th your normal speed. It's really odd, haha.

Yeah, I went back to play Halo 1 a few days ago, and the flood were even more annoying than I had remembered. Better than I had remembered: The Shotgun (holy shit that thing was awesome) and the grenades (they were so powerful... and satisfying, especially compared to halo 3's wimpy nades.)

We've been through this Library thing already and it was officially announce, by Bungie, that it was a terrible level. Moving on.

Finished up my legendary co-op run today. Man I already beat the campaign a couple of times, but going through it on that mode with 3 guys is just something special. Every time I play missions like Storm and Covenant I'm in awe of their design and the variation put in them. The Tsavo Highway - Covenant gauntlet is my favorite batch of missions in any shooter. Never get tired of them.

We also get to see that the trick we saw with the ghost and vehicular manslaughter medal works with the Banshee as well (though it was only a spree, but same concept).

Meh, usually "updates"; be it patches for any game, updates to matchmaking, etc. come out either on Tuesdays or Thursdays for some weird reason. So either this Thursday, or next Tuesday or Thursday.
