You guys hear that Captain Blood is going to PAX? That's what I heard.
I think I'll be done working by the end of August so hopefully I'll be able to join Blood and the rest of you guys up there. My dad lives in Renton so I'd probably be able to crash there so the trip shouldn't be too costly.

I heard that. Maybe you guys should just get the Team Jesus suite. I'm sure I could find a way to ease some of that for my 'mates.

Hahaha, you guys are going to pressure Blood into actually selling his Kidney with all that awesomeness. :lol

I just hijacked the Anti-Air Wraith on Covenant, it was a fucking blast. Firing off infinite double fuel rods is awesome. I took some screens but it seems Bungie's screenshot server is down. I got some thumbnails instead.

I'm now approaching my 10,000th kill. Woo Cole Train Baby!

It would seem fitting if I was in TJ's suite. ;)

Assassins Creed is stuck in a Gaf hate cycle. The game isn't bad at all, I had a lot of fun with it. Some of the locations are stunning, the fighting system isn't bad, and the climbing gives loads of freedom.

Hopefully AC2 fixes the faults the first game had, the repetitiveness and glitches.

His gamercard says he played like 1/3 of AC. It says he's played Zero Shadowrun though. He could have played it at a friends, or demo or something.
I play the Shadowrun demo, and I stopped playing AC when the combat got too repetitive for me to stand.

Also, when is PAX?

Ah, I see. I always forget about checking gamertags.

AC is a real masterpiece to me, and one of the best games I've played this generation. That said, I 100% understand why some people don't like it... if he's only played 1/3 of it, that probably means he got tired of the repetition. That wasn't my experience, but I understand it. The freedom and creativeness (both in the game, and the room for me to be creative), the story, the setting, graphics, combat and just the way you move about the cities... it's blown me away.

Alright, I know people get bitchy when we go off-topic, so I'll leave it there.

Okay, okay. Is anyone else out there having this problem I am about to describe? Every time I try to upload a file to my file share today it fails. What's going on?

Haven't tried myself but it seems like Jesus is having problems too.

You guys are KILLING me! I am now officially on the road of trying to get the money together to go. No promises but I will try my damnedest to get up there with you guys :D selling my kidney will be my last resort lol

Might I also suggest Plasma and Sperm as other things you can sell.

Sweet. Maybe you and I can correlate some stuff.

I got an idea, Luke, why don't you sell YOUR sperm and forward the money to Cap7. Blood?

Oh and LOL, my name is so memorable. Every once in awhile I get a "Hey, I think we have played with Dax before." Usually in matchmaking games, I don't talk to anyone, so I know it has to be the name.

Bungie day is the same day we got our yellow lab. :D 7/7/7, we were going to call him Seven, but ended up naming him Jax. He was small and cute back then, now he is a huge dog (pretty stupid too :lol Our mixed black lab is a lot "smarter"). He wasn't born on Bungie Day though, a couple weeks earlier.

More rumors are popping up about Gearbox working on a Halo prequel. (I so would like to see this)

Anyways, Luke, or Stinkles if you are still watching us, could you clarify if Frankie was talking about Bungie studios here, or a new company he is involved with on the Halo IP. I always thought he was talking about himself working with this other group on the Halo IP now, but then reading the sentence after that saying "And there are other things rumbling at Bungie," makes me think it's Bungie's next project. Either way, it sounds awesome.

And on that note, let me tell you a bit about the coming years. It was very hard for me to make the decision to move on, but one thing that made it just a bit easier, was seeing the amazing work that's coming down the pipe. I was busy working on a story for one of our next games, an experience that is destined to surprise, amaze and entertain like nothing we've ever made before. That game has an amazing team invested in it, and one that will be tasked with building the Next Big Thing. You should see what they've already achieved, you truly should. And there are other things rumbling at Bungie, just as secret, just as epic and just as incredible. And the thing that turns all that rumbling into incredible gameplay experiences is, has always been and will always continue to be, the people.

That's right, massive leak is going to occur unless I get some... accommodations at an certain event coming up.

You have seven days to decide.

In other words, those were some decent games we played Ghaleon, the last one took long, but I like my 30 kills.

So after going through the campaign on Easy today (including Cortana!), I have to say I finally "get" what Shawn was saying about how an experience can be rewarding with very little challenge. I was having a complete blast. Hell, I was able to jack a Banshee during the dual scarab battle and use it to land on the 2nd scarab after the hornet I rode to the first on bit the dust.

Shawn Elliot?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I see both sides of the coin though. I played on Heroic the first time, because I liked the challenge, and it made the game much more rewarding. However, I'd never play on Legendary for my first playthrough, because I don't want to be frustrated.

It is refreshing to play on normal or easy from time to time, because it really makes you feel like a complete and total badass.

Hm, never have tried the Halo 3 campaign on anything below Heroic if I recall correctly. Maybe I should do some levels on easy.

Uploading files to the file share is now working for me. Well, it has been since like my last attempt (an hour ago or more) but I hadn't noticed since I didn't have the File Share screen up.

Man, PAX is like 2 months away already! I'm gonna get fired for going since I can't have those days off and I'm gonna call in sick two days in row (Friday and Saturday). :P

My favorite part of playing on easy is the ability to blow up pretty much any Phantom I see. It was a massacre before the Scarab came out on the Storm. :lol

EDIT: Damnit Blueblur.

I'm confident Gearbox can make a very good multiplayer for Halo.

It's the single player I worry about, but things can surprise. :P

Gearbox won't be able to top a Bungie Halo, unless they just copy the engine. :lol

http://www.bungie.net/stats/PlayerStatsHalo3.aspx?player=BONOOOOOOOOOOOO

This guy needs to be looked into by Bungie adults, I've played him twice today and in both games at least one of my guys were redline the entire game. Looking through his game history, he has plenty of matches with DNF's for the opposing team. He's also pretty bad at the game, yet he's a 49, which further convinces me he is doing something.

He's talking about Bungie. And yes, it sounds awesome because it is awesome.

I like to strom my guitar hero fisher price guitar.

I now realize why I sucked at strafing: I was trying to force the issue and play at a higher sensitivity level...like everyone else. I didn't heed the #1 Halo sensitivity rule: "Play at the level that works for YOU."

I'm now back down to a 2 and getting so much better at strafing. I'm actually "out BRing" people quite frequently, and it feels good! :D
