WTF is with SWATball on the pit every team just gets up top and then has a huge advantage. And wtf is with SWATBALL on snowbound? teams just get in the bubble shield. Both gametypes ridiculously stupid. Does Bungie actually think these strategys are acceptable and worthwhile?

After 9 months on the market, I am now never surprised at the mishandling of some of these gametype/map varients. Its as if they want/wanted people to complain :p

*I say want, becuase of recent blunders like oddball on pit. and bubble shield in Swat, and who can forget Social Slayer no I should call it the Team Snipers List.
 
Its ridiculous. I'm almost positive I could make better playlist changes, and I've never been involved in any sort of game development. Not even thinking about it I'd replace Pit with Guardian SWATBall and I guarantee there would be less complaining.
 
Social Skirmish could be AWESOME, but instead of all multiflag/oddball/assault, we get territories/land grab/1 sided VIP, c'mon dudes!

Man, the spawning issues on Amplified are pretty much unbearable, is this map used at events? It really seems like the game could completely change on some of these lucky ass spawns you encounter on it.

Don't expect to see it too much longer. It's in because of personal pride, not quality. You might see A lot of the Foundry maps going very soon.
 
I still think Onslaught is pretty good, especially the newer version with some added cover and the bottom area...but yea, every forge map I've ever played on has had way more spawning issues than the regular maps. Even Foundry is terrible for spawns...

Pretty sure it used to be 150 posts or 200 days. So I only need 49 more posts in the next107 days and then on the 11th of October I won't be a Junior anymore.

Actually, I think the AR needs to be toned down a bit. Most people don't realize how powerful it is, and they often switch it away immediately for other lesser weapons (like the Needler or the BR), which leaves the smarter players owning with it. I think it needs to be toned down a bit, so that the more aware players aren't able to keep abusing the other players with it.

Same thing with covies. I really don't know who Bungie is listening to when they make these playlist changes.

Head to Head was a top priority? Legendary Brawl over a Team Snipers playlist? Keeping VIP and Land Grab and 1-sided VIP in Skirmish even though everybody hates them? Covies? Really?

My brain actually melts down and starts pouring out of my ears when I think about the reduction of BR starts on Standoff and how that was a playlist change that Bungie thought was more important than anything else.
 
Yeah, I think I have asked here before and everyone agreed that flag and bomb games are vastly more desirable than land grab and terrible-tories (as some folks I know call it). I'd be interested in knowing why those types are still so heavily weighted. They need to come up, like, once out of every twenty games. Jeez, even thinking about a dozen flag/bomb games in a row gets me excited.

From me own experience, it seems bomb and flag types see an awful lot of vetoes as well. :(

This is a joke right?... It takes exactly one clip to kill someone with it, meaning if you miss a couple bullets you won’t get the kill and will have to reload. This is perfect balance for the average player ( 75% of the population ). It's range is much much less than the BR and Needler so I don't really see why they are even being compared.

*sticks his tongue out* You're kidding me, right? It takes a full clip to kill someone and most kills with the AR are accompanied with the melee.

Figured I'd play some Lone Wolves this morning (I usually only play Halo with my friends, usually a nightly thing though) and one of the first games I got was BRs on Guardian. Not fun at all. I'm a fan of the Battle Rifle, but I'm not a fan of BR's as a mode. It's just not that fun. Especially when you get one of those MLG BR whores on the other team. Ruins it. And I don't think Guardian is a good map for BR's to begin with. Or even Lone Wolves. Ruined my Halo morning. Playing MGO and Shadowrun instead.

There aren't any teams in Lone Wolves.
Edit: I think I said this on the last page, but I'm trying to create a panorama and I need help because I have no idea what the fuck I am doing.
Edit 2: Yeah, kylej, I used that, but the only version of those photoshop softwares I could download was Hugin, and I have no idea what the fuck I am doing because the tutorial uses Photoshop CS 3.
