Just now my party and I in RBTB were the victims of the worst cheating I have ever encountered in nearly 4,000 games of Halo. They were a party of 7 french guys, and they mocked us after the game when we called them cheaters. Chiefs Fan 07 was not in their party.

I started practicing the "figure 8" strafe maneuver and tried to concentrate my aim on a single target (solo custom game) and I just realized that it's like patting my head and rubbing my stomach simultaneously.

(digression: after learning that I could only pat head with my right hand and rub my stomach with my left, it took me a minute to successfully switch hands. yay :D)

Did I mention that trying to SHOOT (in addition to aiming and strafing) is even harder?

This is so aggravating. How the heck do I get so high in Lone Wolves without being able to strafe? It's like 1-47 = mediocre skills and 48-50 = superb, omgl33taiming skills.

Anyone have any tips on steadying aim or is this just a "you gotta practice" type of thing?

It's probably me just being a crabby old man, but such a blast of unbridled enthusiasm was too much for my weary bones. So we did a slow romp through Tsavo later on. No offense, we just have different play styles.

I didn't realize you guys were in the market for that stuff, I've got a clip of an elephant doing something similar (flipping out and fucking throwing people off of it at 100 mph). Urk I'll send it to you next time I get on.

Haha wow... that’s one of the best saved films I’ve seen in a very long time.

Also to Captain Blood, Eazy, Nutter, Omlet, Ramirez, and Bennet thanks for tagging me along tonight I had a blast. I look forward to seeing the gif’s of Eazy humping an Anti-Air Wraith. I think we single handingly pushed the Covenant kill count sky high.
 
Can someone teach me how to do Panoramic Halo 3 screenshots? I was able to download Hugin, and I have the images necessary, but I have no idea what the fuck I am doing. I know if I can create a panorama from the images I have selected, it will turn out beautiful.

My new favorite clip ever -- this is the very definition of lmaonade. Between Ram trying to jump off the Mongoose before we went off the cliff and Domino hitting you with the warthog just as you got out to escape from Eazy in the Hornet pushing you off the edge, sending you flying way out there, it's made of so much win! :lol :lol

Yeah, but he can't do as many as he used to so try pick only the best of those you have. Although it seems like not many people are bugging him with requests.

The connections didn't work out. We tested a game after we left, but it was just as bad - we couldn't even talk to each other. So I just hopped in a couple BTB games solo and called it a night. Both of our connections were hosed tonight for some reason. Let's try again tomorrow.

I did get a couple campaign games in earlier tonight, solo. 219 total kills. Not tons, but every bit helps.

The counter should be down to <200m kills to go after tonight. Progress, but we have to make some ground up over the weekend.

Had to go to bed after that was over, gotta wake up early.

Tsavo Highway is a Chopper graveyard.

....and for some reason, even though I was the only one on, no streaming, torrents, etc....my connection was twitchy as well. I could talk, but the lag was pretty bad.
 
Oh snaps, just noticed that the video on the Halo Wars UNSC page works now, it shows the Firebase building popping out some marines and warthogs.
