Ok guys, I've set up a "clan" for everyone(know-names at first)who wants to test maps and such can join. (if anyone wants to help me go through the names, I would appreciate it)

Hey Guys, I created Foundation from Halo 2 on Forge, here is my FILE SHARE. If you use the gametype that comes along with it, you will have the Halo 2 SMG starts along with the normal weapons from the map such as rockets and shotguns. I went back to Halo 2 and took a good look at Foundation so that this remake can be as realistic as possible. Thoughts?

Except HotSauceIsWack for a couple games once.Looks like I'm missing out on this gigantic Forge-fest that's sweeping the GAF Halo'ers. Unfortunately, I'm in Cairo as I type this, so hopefully when I get back home I'll get some time in for making maps. I haven't played Halo in such a long time, with the backlog of Mario Galaxy and Mass Effect, along with the fact that I lent my 360 to a friend for a good while. So yeah, if I haven't been answering any messages, it's probably him.

I compiled the forge creations from this thread into a dedicated thread. If I missed something or misrepresented the specifics of your map (there was some guesswork going on), let me know. I started by just posting mine, but figured I'd go ahead and get everyone's in there despite the mistakes that'll inevitably creap in.

I'm playing the campaign solo right now, on Legendary, with Catch, Tough Luck, and Fog on to get the scoring achievements. And it is fucking awesome. Some of the most fun I have ever had with a game. That bit in Tsavo Highway where brutes keep getting dropped off and then a Wraith arrives? Amazing. There was just this hail of spike grenades and fuel rod blasts coming from the bottom of the hill and me sitting in the bunker with a half-empty plasma pistol swearing at the screen.

AJ is a small Halo-focused online community, consisting of - wait for it - hardcore Halo fans. Lots of guys from there post here, and vice-versa. I was a member there for a while this year but left when I pared back the forums I post on to just GAF (I left three others as well). Not sure what the tension is between the two but there seems to be some kind of drama there which has carried over to here.

Got a cousin to lug down his 360 today, we hooked both to my router and rocked hard with some lovely lagless lan games and online with two other friends who were not at my place, 6 of us in total.
Game is so fun with foundry being 90% of the games we played, custom maps and edits that were just stupid (floating warthogs) :lol

I asked this on the Halo 3 Bungie forums but didn't get a conclusive answer...
Am I able to buy the map pack and play it over system link?
Or do I have to buy the map pack TWICE?
I've heard that I have to sign in on the other console and download it with my GT that purchased it, and I would be able to download it to the second console, but I have to remain signed in to play it. But, wouldn't that mean I would need to be signed into both to play it? Would that be allowed or would it kick me off one of them?

Unfortunately none of my friends bought it because they thought $10 was too much. If they did I suppose they could just bring their HDD over and we'd have no probs.

Yeah, I've heard next spring. But it's not that often where I get to have 16 players over for a LAN party. Usually 2-4 times a year. These new maps look awesome and I think they would have been a blast (especially the Forge friendly one).
What's dissappointing too is that CoD4 doesn't support split screen + LAN play. That would have been great too!
