1 was from HaloGAF (me!), the rest not. Hence the begging!

I thought GAFCustoms were quite variable - I seem to remember Ghaleon struggling to find enough players to get a proper BTB match going for an Atlas submission, then other weeks there's more than one lobby on the go.
 
Is there general "Halo- GAF" gamertag I can add so I can play with ya'll? I wants to get on the Halo 3 action :D

The snipers on the far side of the last area are by far the cheapest part of that level. We played in co-op Legendary the other day and we'd both checkpointed without a Beam Rifle. We had at least ten to twenty minutes of play that consisted of me dropping into the building and clearing as much as I could while he just died and respawned.

loved co-oping that level, Delta too!

i would run ahead along the rooftops and drop in behind the Jackal Snipers, my buddy would then spawn them from the alley, they are delicious when cooked with Mango sauce
 
Missed out on customs again. A friend just picked up a 360, so I've been playing Left 4 Dead with him the last few nights. Here's hoping for next week!

By the looks of it, customs have been overrun with rampant numbers the last few weeks anyhow. Did you guys get two groups going last night?
 
Damn, I really wanted to do customs last night, but I didn't make it all the way home from vacation.

And nice Nokyard, I don't think there are many people who can say they have a Five-star in a playlist. Congrats.
Although playing some BTB or something else every once in a while might not hurt. ;)
 
Vhfive, what did you do to Shishka?

I tried to bump Sanctum's Atlas submission asking why it hasn't been in these community playlists but it won't let me post in that thread anymore.

you mean besides egging his house everyday, nothing. maybe he just doesn't like sanctuary.
wait that's not possible... is it?

i've given up on getting sanctum into matchmaking but i haven't given up on the map. i'm going to go back and add more lighting and make some changes, mostly to the rocks/plains.

I remember that Tashi/Shishka both broke the map by getting out. Did you resubmit it after that? More lighting couldn't hurt, why did they make the Crypt so damn dark? I wish there was a "natural light" orb that you could use instead of just a blue and red. I really wish Sanctum was in the MM rotation. Ber Ber Creek is a step in the right direction, but we need moar custom maps.

i did resubmit it after tashi tried and failed to break the second time. the most recent sanctum has yet to be broken
 
Good customs last night guys. Lol at merguson with the mongoose as tool of destruction in that match, and still had better K/D ratio that mostly everyone else.

he doesn't respond to all threads (i dont expect him to either) and i dont doubt he saw it. there must be something that he doesn't like about. :/

It's just messed up that threads seemingly auto-lock after a period of time. So even if there were suggestions by other atlas members they couldn't post it.
 
Oh what's up HaloGAF? After a hiatus of about two weeks, I'm back in the saddle again. Your dearest backflip was visiting the land of EazyB as well as camping in Oregon for a week. Fun stuff.

Did I miss anything lately? I noticed that Grifball is this weekend's DXP again, so I know that Shishka still sucks. Anything else?

Capped a pretty sweet 'hog denial in the weekend's custom festivities. I've never seen a Power Drain to that to a Warthog before. Definitely one of my highlights, which are few and far between.

My GT is BIG ANDER, it's possible I could play some campaign. I'm not excellent at it, but I can definitely make it through. Whenever you want to play, either PM me or find me on XBL.

Hah wow I've never seen that before either. I mean, I've seen drainers blow up Warthogs, but that drainer blew up on contact to the Warthog for some reason.

Five, are you allowed to resubmit maps to Atlas? I mean, we've got Ber Ber Creek in the works (kinda, I guess we need to test Eazy's newest version), so now it's time to get the HaloGAF remake pipe up and running. Would really like to see Sanctum in competitive gametypes.

i dont think you can resubmit without doing major overhauls but dont worry my next map will be heavily inspired by sanctuary
 
OK, I just discovered the fun with online co-op gaming recently with Resident Evil 5 and Left 4 Dead.

I have a question
will I be able to play Halo 3 co-op campaign online (preferebly on Heroic) is their anyone playing on that level anymore, or is it just hardcore people playing legendary.

Basically I dont want to get in a co-op game and suck, be called a noob and get kicked off a game. I have only played this game once with a buddy (splitscreen) on normal difficulty. Also never played this game competitively before.

Same question applied on Gears of War 2 (except ive never finished that game once), may aswell ask about gears 2 aswell as am here.

Well co-op campaign doesn't have matchmaking. So you'd have to find people to play, and those people would agree on Heroic ahead of time.
But seriously, if you have 2 or more people Legendary isn't hard at all.
I'll play campaign sometime, if you'd like.
 
Think I found a flaw in Ber Ber Creek T, if you spawn at Red base, and go down to get out through the Needler tunnel, the back there is exposed for about 30 or so seconds, with a few "rooms" exposed. Might happen at Blue Base, don't know.

That's the newest version of Ber Ber that Eazy put up for testing. I believe. So, not in matchmaking.
