Yes my eyebrows always look unkempt like that.

It's got to do with color profiles. I don't know what you used but by default, photoshop chooses the best profile for your pictures (unless you specify it to be sRGB, which is what most browsers use) because it'd display the colors in their natural state. Most browsers don't have the ability to simulate colors correctly so they usually look less vibrant in comparison to your pics in photoshop.
