The second one makes it look like they didn't grind the lenses right to fit the frames, but the first one looks okay. I took some really strange pictures after the usual pose-material; debating whether or not I want to embarrass myself by posting one of them. 
Irish: In my opinion, your nails are definitely too long. Almost looks like press-on nails... But if you like having them that way, go ahead and rock out, man.
Easy_G: Heh, you look almost exactly like the husband of a friend of mine. I like the new glasses, but switching from thinner, wire-frame rims to thicker ones will always take some time to adjust to. Stick with 'em.

I like to call it "The Bigfoot". It's the look I tend to have in the background of just about every photo taken at a party I was at.
On the hands:
Yeah, I normally don't keep my nails that long, but they are always above the fingertip. I like being able to pick up coins and turn the pages of a book without licking my fingers. I also dig holes for a living, so I don't know why they stay so clean and non-manly. I don't put any special care into them at all.

Sorry for the big picture, I don't have ANY software to rescale them so if anyone here wants to rescale it to, say, around 800 px wide, I would appreciate it.
I'm in Spain now and I'm going back to Japan in 5 hours, so my mom wanted a pic of her beloved son... and because he wasn't around, she just took a pic of me instead

She took it with my videocamera to try it... and yes, I know, this is the 3rd pic in a row of me sitting in a sofa.. but you'll notice this one is different!
The wet hair is because I had a shower a bit earlier because I'm not sleeping tonight (just so I can sleep in the airplane and get used again to GMT+9)
