you can get a lot of those shots with the kit lens, yes. the other lens she uses quite often is a 50 mm one (EF 50mm f/1.8 II). it's an amazing lens that is extremely affordable too. you can probably get it for around $100 atm; i don't think there's anything else comparable in that price range actually.Zaraki_Kenpachi said:

As Ilparazzo said in the other thread, pretty sure it's a Parakeet. We were at a Parrot Sanctuary so there were so many Parrot type things there I can't remember what was what.

We do have a pet parrot - an African Grey but she's far from friendly and would happily take the end of my finger off given half the chance:lol
