It's because of the shirt. His shirt looks like it could be from back then. He looks like some professor. You look like a dangerous criminal from the early 20th century, but you need a shirt that would work for the era.

I added the vignetting (darkened areas in the corners) and lowered the contrast for added effect.

where did you get your glasses?

As far as I can tell, they are 50's style Browline glasses. Shuron Ronsir are one of the last companies producing them. Ray-Bran makes the style(Clubmaster RB3016) in sunglasses.

His pair are probably vintage or at least from a newer and different manufacturer.

...I'm researching different glasses cause I need a new pair :3

Oh nice. I don't know if I'm willing to buy anything like that, but it's still nice.

I was mainly trying to get the same sort of grainy b/w effect from the Dylan photo-ops, much like something like this:

I did okay, but I think I added a bit too much grain.

And those glasses aren't mine, they're a girl on my floor's pair. They were nice though. And I want to get a pair of shades like Dylan has there.
