It's actually pretty easy. Three steps:

1) Take three photos on manual mode so it has the same position, ISO, shutter speed and aperture
2) Throw all three in as different layers in Photoshop
3) Erase in the appropriate areas, suddenly you're in three different places

Wow, it's so simple yet so brilliant...and somehow never occurred to me. Thanks for the idea. Mine's not as seamless as yours, but I still think it sums up three frequent elements of my life pretty well: surfing GAF, watching my tivo, and answering the door for the pizza guy.

yeah, i believe this is the advantage of not having very strong facial features.
Well, i think it's an advantage.
I really think i look different every day, even when i don't change hairstyle, in fact people i don't see everyday sometimes have a hard time recognizing me. The fact my weight has 5+ kgs fluctuations all the time probably has something to do with it too.
I made a post somewhere in this thread with several pics taken in diff. periods and i honestly don't think anyone would be able to tell it's pics of the same person at first

Well, one eye is more open than the other, but I've taken worse pictures (I almost never take a straight-up picture, so there's very few of those for me to choose to show you guys).

Also, the picture quality is shit because I have no camera and thus had to use the one from my webcam (which is also not great).

Ha, that may be true. It's kind of unbelievable how cold your face gets (especially during a New England winter) when you shave after having a full beard for months or more.

I have close to zero originality, so I went with "pink" and "girly" (being the only girl on the team). Couldn't come up with any good poses though...

Damn, my layers really messed everything up. Going in for a haircut + dye on Thursday.
