edit: to go to France, only the Dutch and the Belgium people go through Belgium.
(as a Dutchman myself i even rather go through Germany cause the roads are better and you can drive as fast as you can/dare , but it depends on WHERE in France you need to be)

I was at Assateaque last summer, really cool place with one of the best beaches I've ever been to. Did you at that fish/seafood restaurant (don't remember the name)? So good, the only time I got real fish during my trip in the US, that hadn't been fried or with a crust.

Phillips? i believe that's the popular seafood restaurant in Ocean City, Maryland. although the hotel we stayed at was two streets away, we did not go there... not real big fans of seafood. we did eat at The Green Turtle, another popular restaurant of Ocean City.

we were there for 3 days, and visited Assateaque Island on the last day before driving home. we walked a mile+ and didn't see any horses until we decided to walk on the beach back to the car. groups of them were chillin' at the beach, which i couldn't blame them because it was very hot that day.
