Was just back in the Midwest to let the Grandparents have some time with Molly (and get a few date nights for my wife and I). Luckily for me being back home means lots of wakeboarding, waterskiing and all-around horseplay in the lake. The economy might be crap but at least there are tons of lakes in Michigan.
Also, this trip was taking the baby on a plane ride for the first time. Dang stressful. Luckily she was a good baby and we never had to get too stressed out or feel like people hated us on either flight. She spend about two hours on the flight back (seen below) chewing on the 89-90 Detroit Pistons Back to Back Champions hat that I found in my parents basement at home.

Why do most people (when I say most people, I mean raincoat shirt guy and college girls who take nude pics of themselves) always take self pics by shooting themselves in the mirror? Most digital cameras nowadays bought for more than $17 have timers.
This doesn't annoy me, it's just interesting that the timer goes completely ignored.

I use my horrible web cam and the cord is really short. It wasn't done in a mirror, it was done a foot away from my computer monitor which is about as far as the cord reaches.AtticusFinch said:

This is what happens during a venogram when access is denied multiple times by a completely shut down Rt subclavian vein occlusion. Mind you, even with a stent in the vein there's still no blood flow. Luckily, I have decent collateral support.
Nothing more appealing than the feeling of multiple metal guide wires wrapping around themselves inside your body. Well, other than the feeling of a metal guide wire introduced through the femoral touching up against your stent.

Um, may I ask why you got that venography or stent (don't know what came first)?
well i've had multiple venography's. all relating to the fact that my right subclavian is totally obstructed and absolutely nothing flows through it. i've had over 50 picc lines threaded through it and the introduction of a rather large chest port was the final nail in the coffin. i was one a 2 yr treatment of iv antibiotics and near the end of the regimen, the port basically stopped working. went in and took a look and found out the subclavian had basically closed off. so we placed a stent to open the vein back up but that only lasted for a couple of months. needless to say, the port became useless so we removed it and since then we've run more tests to measure the closure of the vein -- which is complete and total occlusion. with stent still placed.
