Grew up with the Genesis version. Game was tough

Yeah that's the only maybe drawback with Desert Strike. It's not an easy game by any stretch of the imagination, but there's so many lol things in there looking back.

I was all about Nuclear Strike on PS1. Best chopper sounds and explosions you could get at the time. I'd sit there picking up stuff with the magnet lift. I didn't play any other game in the series. Some people had Blast Corps, but I had Nuclear Strike.

Genesis all the way, it came first and the originator and my favourite. But the Amiga version is pretty dam good and might be the best version.
