I feel op is hinting for a sequel.
good for the switch at least. They handled the ports of the modern Mortal Kombat games iirc. Not sure what else, but those ports were pretty good…. all things considered.
no animosity lol i appreciate what you do for the siteI'm busy makin the hellblade thread
Best I can offer you is PS day 1 on switch 2pc port day 1 confirmed!
nah because acquiring a studio to make sure games get ported to your piece of shit potato console is reasonable and justified compared to hoovering up IPs and manpower like a vaccumFucking acquisitions.../s

i think maybe switch OG and switch 2.port and develop software for other platforms
-"including Nintendo Switch".i think maybe switch OG and switch 2.
Wrong thread, my bad, I don't even remember it.I'm busy makin the hellblade thread
Nintendo's Nixxes, yeah... Probably not.pc port day 1 confirmed!
Some people manage to make literally anything sound bad. I guess it’s a skillEmbracer fire sale continues.
And once again, Nintendo buys withered technology on the cheap.
It's better than ever. It's just Twitter users in general being cringeworthyGod those QRTs, Splatoon has become so damn cringe.
Weren't those ports considered barely competent compared to past Switch ports? Especially MK1.They handled the ports of the modern Mortal Kombat games iirc. Not sure what else, but those ports were pretty good…. all things considered.
maybe those aren't for saleWeren't those ports considered barely competent compared to past Switch ports? Especially MK1.
Why not acquire a Panic Button or Virtuous where their ports have actually been impressive?

Interesting, guessing they will be used to port third party games to switch 2.
Lol so Nintendo is finally going third party... On their own console? That definitely suits them.Interesting, guessing they will be used to port third party games to switch 2.
So third parties would let Nintendo port games for them? I mean if it came with a good fee Nintendo has secured a good developers that knows how to port software efficiently, but how many third parties would use it? Companies sometimes are weird with what they can and cannot control…This was my guess as well. Then I got high, and decided that the only possible explanation is day one PC
Embracer is such a shitshow. Hard to believe anyone would be willing to sell to them in the future unless they explicitly want their studio to die.Embracer has so many random studios, that even Nintendo is doing an acquisition from them
It certainly must feel like a massive upgrade. Just to be able to say "I work at Nintendo" instead of "I've been embraced..."The folks at Shiver are probably over the moon about this, considering the likely alternative. To my knowledge (reinforced by some quick Google research), Nintendo has never closed or even had any major layoffs at a fully acquired subsidiary.
