It sucks but it is common practice. Apple allows albums to be delisted, so if you don't have the music downloaded and are outside of the refund period (likely), you are SOL. The Jimi Hendrix estate is notorious about doing this and relisting his albums for their xx anniversay.

The bigger issue with all digital games has always been that a lot of people TRADE AND SALE their games for money and credits for NEW games not that they cant keep old games rotting in their attics.

There definitely needs to be some regulation addressing digital content. As things are, corporations are able to create their own rules and obfuscate "terms" in massive amounts of legal jargon. Then when the corporation literally takes back what was sold they point to those "terms". It is a disgusting practice and shouldn't be legal.

Most people who go all digital know the risk and dont really care ... like how many old games do people still own and play? The bigger issue with all digital games has always been that a lot of people TRADE AND SALE their games for money and credits for NEW games not that they cant keep old games rotting in their attics.

What a bullshit fucking excuse for this crap. Obviously you like wasting money on something you thought you own, yeah? Something that you paid for that you thought would be yours forever (I mean, you did spend your hard earned on it) for them to take it away for some bullshit reason). Even if Sony refunds it that list is full of non-existence shows with no fanbases. How many people do you think bought those specifically on PS? they'd lose maybe a thousand dollars if a lawsuit was won lol

There is no excuse for this. If you are selling content then the license needs to be perpetual. Even if it is removed from the store front it should be available for download for those who purchased......
