I'm going to Europe and Asia for a bit, but I want to play NAmerican region Xbox/360 games. The huge power brick looks like a laptop brick and most laptops today are 110-240v compatible? Haven't seen any specs about the brick.

You could probably just get an adapter to handle this if there isn't a switch on the 360 to handle it.
