If the theme is the same probably a nighttime military curfew so more people will be out in the daytime sections would be my guess but who knows.

I find this explanation completely reasonable, but why haven't they shown us any daytime footage that's not within a quarantine zone? Just give us a nice brisk tour of the city? Maybe they really just wanna keep any secrets and content under wraps, so people don't get burned out on info.

Cole's jacket always looked back but it looks particularly bad on Del.
