How much do you love tacos?

the walking dead smh GIF

I like NORMAL tacos a lot, though :pie_open_mouth:. Sometimes we also have taco bowls with guacamole 😋.

JUST BECAUSE I'M HISPANIC DOESN'T MEAN I LOVE TACOS

I mean . . . yeah I love Tacos-

BUT NOT BECAUSE I'M HISPANIC

Made some sick chicken taco meat. Cubed chicken breasts, with sea salt, star anise, cilantro and a bay leaf.
While that was simmering for a few hours I was at work. Came home and ready to pull apart the meat with the reduced juices.
After, cooked two whole onions in a pan with avocado oil, a whole tomato, few whole cloves of garlic, some ancho chillies, chipotles as well with jalepenos. All charred and the entire contents in a blender and added 100ml of lime juice blended and combined the sauce and the chicken and put it on high while stirring for 10 mins na then drop to the absolute minimum flame. 1 hour later I had perfect, juicy, flavorful chicken that's a rich, red color.
Corn tortillas, some cilantro and onions with a lime wedge. The result is a Smokey, spicy flavorfull blast in your mouth. Tacos are juicyyyyyy what is considered to be an upscale sloppy Joe taco.🌮

I've had those dried crickets before in snack form. They were coated with chilly, lime, salt flakes. They were pretty good. Al Pastor tacos are easily in my top 5 foods of the world, especially with a little pineapple in them 🔥🔥🔥

Every time I hear the word 'tacos' 🤦‍♂️
Not too kean on tacos tbh
Have you had tacos in Los Angeles or anywhere in Mexico? I can't imagine finding any decent tacos in Spain, or at least it would be very difficult to find any worth eating. I see some pretty highly rated places in Madrid on Google maps, but I'd have to try them myself, I don't trust reviews from Europeans or tourists that aren't familiar with authentic tacos.

Can't say I have tried authentic tacos, as you say there probably aren't many in Spain. Haven't been on the West Coast of the US or Mexico, but would love to try some proper tacos if I ever go there.
