You should play it or the PS2 version on the Taito Legends 2.

This doesn't seem to have improvements? I mean the polygon clipping was fixed on the PS2. Even the backgrounds seem off, they are too bright.

I don't want to put anyone down, G-Darius is one of my favorites, but....you could play it 1998.

Big fan of the original on PS1.

Edit: I remember I played it on PSX back in the day, it was one of my favorite shoot'em up, with Einhander. Using enemies as a weapon was an interesting mechanic.
