Starting today, J. Allen Brack will be stepping down as the leader of the studio, and Jen Oneal and Mike Ybarra will co-lead Blizzard moving forward.

Mike Ybarra joined Blizzard like less than two years ago?Corpo culture does not allow new blood in such positions. It will be more of the same.
Mike was even following Trump on Twitter. And the new leadership will probably come with a woke bingo statement soon.
He is plus a true gamer unlike so many of these other suitsMike Ybarra is a good dude!!
This is a good move. There might be hope yet for Blizzard.

Too many people obsessed with wokeness are missing the bigger picture here.
Vicarious Visions lady stepping up means we might actually get a shot at THPS 3+4 remastered.
Vicarious Visions has done a lot of impressive work over the years. Including the recent Crash Bandicoot remakes. Yes, they do a lot of licensed stuff and conversions, but they're good at what they do.Never heard of the studio. Looks like it is Activisions port studio?

Isn't Vicarious Visions the ones handling Diablo 2 Resurrected as well?Vicarious Visions has done a lot of impressive work over the years. Including the recent Crash Bandicoot remakes. Yes, they do a lot of licensed stuff and conversions, but they're good at what they do.
This seems like a wise move, overall. Hopefully it isn't just for show.
Congrats to Mike Ybarra. Always liked him. Sad to see it happen in this way though. Hopefully Activision hasn't tainted him.
Yeah.... Blizzard will be ok..
RIP
Hmm looks like this is the end of whatever independence Blizzard had. Vicarious Visions has worked with Activision side for years and Mike while he did great job at xbox is also relative fresh hire so both will be probably Bobby Kotick extension there.

If it improves the culture at the company and improves their output then that can only be a good thing. Because apparently them having Independence has only resulted in problems and poor quality.Hmm looks like this is the end of whatever independence Blizzard had.
