Because Rocko's Modern life was better. I liked Ren and Stimpy a lot but a lot of time it just relied on it's gross out humor instead of good/funny writing. Rocko's Modern Life had both.
I could see Rocko's easily being top 5ish.
I honestly can't think of a single moment in Rocko's Modern Life that was even half as funny as "Happy Happy Joy Joy".

I seriously can't believe they were going to put this scene in Rocko's Modern Life. As a kid I probably wouldn't have understood the joke, but now that I'm older. That's a really dirty joke, a great one too.
I knew Tim Daily did the voice for Superman, but not Bizarro. Very interesting.
Superman The Animated Series was pretty entertaining, but it was scenes like these that always made me scratch my head. Bizarro and Superman could move the earth if they wanted to, yet they struggle to pick up small rocks, vehicles, etc. I'm not saying they should have made him OP, but at least not showing him struggle to pick up certain objects. I wouldn't call it a bad thing, its just a pet peeve I always had when it came to Superman.
At least in the Shazam movie, it was explained that Superman got weaker because Black Adam kept hitting him with magic. Which made him able to get hit by buildings, punches, vehicles, etc.

Doubt Hey Arnold will make it that far with how many votes have gone it's way. There are saves for it now but all it takes is for it to go up against another show or two just as loved.
I think it will be Batman vs Anamaniacs vs The Simpsons battling for the top 3.

I might actually change my votes to Batman Beyond because we don't need two Batman's and Superman in the top 10. Batman Beyond was good, but I don't think it was that good.
It and Superman I think could both go, neither of them are anywhere close to Batman TAS.

Really, the main draw of the show was getting to listen to Kevin Conroy's sublime voice again, after the post-TAS dry years. That alone does not elevate the show over the plot arcs of Gargoyles, the imagination of Rugrats, the cultural touchstone of DBZ as an anime frontrunner.
I really hope Arnold doesn't go yet. Gargoyles seems to be in the danger zone long as DBZ and Supes keep getting those save votes.

I don't get it either. We can argue opinions about what's better or worse forever, but it's practically fact that the 90s DBZ dub was BAD. Censored, chopped up, etc. Can you say something like that about ANY other show that has already been killed or that's left on the list? I don't think so. Seems like people are defending it due to more recent memories of watching it on early-mid 2000s Toonami and later on Kai.

Arnold can't go down like this. Not like this... I have to do some counting and see if my vote can help it (at least I gave it a save vote).
Seems like it's best bet if we aren't going to get more Beyond votes. How long till closing time?

Gargoyles is an action cartoon, isn't it? Arnold must be saved.
Same here but Beyond is going to need more votes in order to get voted off. I need to count all the votes so far given but there aren't that many Beyond votes at least going by quick glance. Beyond also at least three save votes. All I count the votes at some point and see if I go Gargoyles from Beyond.
It's a shitty anime you guys watched because no other anime made it across the ocean.

I said most. Gargoyles didn't have a pre-existing story to fall back on like the rest of the action cartoons. DBZ is an adaptation, Superman and Batman rely heavily on the older stories and villains already written. Beyond most the time didn't even make new villains it just futurized them. Joker has a gang, Bane's poison(blanking on the name) is now a drug... most of it was just rehashing old stories with a future backdrop.
Pretty much. Batman I think is the only one worth while in the entire argument. The others should have been dropped already.

Because the majority of you are voting for a badly dub, badly censored show, and worst of all, with the worst change of music ever.
As an european who saw a well dubbed, uncut and unchanged music version at the end of the 80's, the show in this list is not the one I loved, so it needs to get cut.
Simple as that.
Throw in Hey Arnold and you've got your top four.
i would not consider it shitty and i only read the manga as i did not like how they converted the manga into an anime but still it is from my point of view a far better series than gargoyles or Animaniacs

Well there comes a good reason, i am from europe aswell and i never saw the American version of the DBZ saga so i cannot understand the hate towards it.
