Heracross...I'm a little surprised that they messed up with that one.

Heracross is one of the best Mega Evolutions, IMO. I think he's more interesting than his predecessor yet still retains the charm of the original.

Assuming that the Kadabra was freshly caught and thus had no EVs, and assuming a neutral nature, to have 70 Sp.A at level 16 indicates a base Sp.A of between 187 and 203. If we say MegaKazam has a base Sp.A of 190, then a 31 IV'd/252 EV'd/Modest MegaKazam would have a Sp.Atk of 526.
