Pokemon X and Y Leaks, Releases Early

I've run into a couple of actual fashion checks in this game, and I have no idea how to proceed. Does anyone know what items you need to get into the Lumiose Boutique or the Lost Hotel?

Or is it something completely different that I need to do?

Ah, damn. It'll be pretty hard decision choosing which gender for my player trainer. The female costume options look so much better than the male options in this game.

Has anyone figured out if the different colour flowers have different encounter rates?
Also, some of the routes on this game are weird! Sigilyph, Eevee, Snubbull and Golett on one route?!

Are there a lot of clothing in this game? And is it gender-equal? So it isn't like 2 shirts, 3 hats and 2 trousers for the male, whilst the females get 43 shirts/coats and 21 hats, etc. Clothing for men in games always seem so limited (hope you like cargo shorts, because we have them in 41 shades of brown!), so I'm trying to prepare for the worst. :P

So guys is the framerate smooth enough been playing on pc lately and scared the jump back will be shocking
With 3D on the framerate drops are pretty noticeable, enough that I prefer to keep it off. With it off it's generally smooth, but when the camera cuts and shows both your Pokemon and the enemy Pokemon with a diagonal line separating them, that sometimes causes a framerate drop.

Dragons are a lot easier to get in this. Axew, Bagon and Tyrunt all available before the second gym.

EDIT: In the second Gym city there is a person who will trade you a STEELIX for a Luvdisc!

Oh yeah, did people see on Serebii that CoroCoro is giving away a code next issue for a Garchomp. Anyone think we'll be able to use that code in any region?

Just looking at more official art. I was a fan of Barbaracle before, but remind me why people hate Binacle so much? His official art looks pretty cool!

So does anyone know how to get access to the boutique in Luminose City yet? The woman in there just keeps saying that you aren't stylish enough yet and to visit some places in the city first. I thought maybe it'd just be a time thing, but I'm past the 4th gym and flew back there but still cannot access it.

Thanks for this. Looks like I missed Ralts (among others). If my pigeon maths is correct its just over a 50/50 chance of capture throwing on turn 1 with a great ball. Those Tesco 12 quick ball people are lucky here...

It won't even let you look at the Female trainer dresses in the shop if you picked Male. :(

If you pick female and want people to know you're actually a Boy the PSS profile has that a survey answer in the "what is your secret?" section (if I'd known about that I might have picked female).

It's depressing to think that the one- or two-stage pokemon that get mega evolutions never will get a regular evolution. ;_;

Oh man Mega Pinsir looks crazy. Remember back in the day when people thought Heracross was going to be Pinsir's evolution? How times have changed.

I'd like to express my hate for timezones again, dammit I want the game to be up on eShop now! Also contemplating whether to use a Pokemon avatar too.

I think Greninja probably has the worst stats of the starters' final evos, which is disappointing. Unless the metagame is altered significantly, he just doesn't have enough of a specialty - too much of a jack of all trades. Delphox looks like the best at first appraisal - Chesnaught will get punished by that speed/typing combination too much.

I think I'm switching from Greninja to Delphox. Like that it still uses a wand, reminds me of a Pyromancer. Really like its official art as well.

Think my team will be something like this:

Delphox
Venusaur
Aegislash
Pangoro
Tyrantrum
Klefki/Aromatisse. I don't know, something Fairy.

My party is probably going to change from time to time, to many Pokemon I like :X

Someone get Mega Heracross already :(

It's much more offensive now, which Greninja would fit right in. Unfortunately for Greninja, Sharpedo has Speed Boost. :lol

Greninja has a very similar base stat spread to Starmie. If it has a good movepool to make up for the lack of thunderbolt it has a fighting chance. There's also the capability for it to be a (mediocre) mixed attacker.

You guys are in so deep with all the stats and abilities talk. Maybe I should give that a try with this gen, though I doubt I would ever go and fight competitive Poké battles.

Delphox's stats look great. Its speed is mediocre though and I think it will be outclassed by Starmie. That said, Thunderbolt is great to compliment STAB Psychic and Flamethrower. Maybe Aura Sphere as a fourth move, or Calm Mind.
