This is my all-time favorite fast food menu item by far. And it's only for a limited time two or three times a year

I ate Popeyes Big Easy Chicken sandwich for the second time. The first time I had it was over a year ago and I was not impressed. The chicken breast was too small for the bun and it was also very dry. However this time around the chicken was very big (bigger than the bun) and it seems like they added a mixture of mayo and their hot sauce (spicy mayo) to the sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Not bad for $3.99 as it was filling and had lots of flavour. Chicken was not dried out.
Wow, sorry for the VERY late reply. But ehm, the fries are not battered. They are a different kind of fries. They taste different from standard fries, they are lovely.
The frikadel speciaal is a kind of meat 'sausage' with mayonaise, curry and onions. It's hard to tell what's in it but I guess it's just a mixture of different kinds of meat.
The bitterballen are crunchy snacks with most of the time some ragout filling in them. So good! When you ever get here in Holland, try this all out!
I'll have to try it again sometime...I don't like those kind of chicken sammiches from BK...I hate the patty.

In my case, as long as i´m eating according to my caloric needs and getting the right nutrients, i eat whatever i want and it works... for me at least.

Dairy Queen has the best burgers. Wendy's has the best chicken sandwich (asiago ranch) and and better fries than McDonald's. Arby's curly fries can't be topped though. McDonald's has the best apple pies. Steak-n-Shake has the best milkshakes (and the worst fries). Martin's has the best chicken biscuits ever. Big buttery biscuits and a juicy chicken breast that puts chick-fil-a and bojangles to shame. Chick-fil-a has the best spicy chicken though, and some damn good fries.
Phew, okay. Now i'm hungry.

Marco's is all over here (Southeast Michigan). Pizza is really great and even better with the garlic butter and Parmesan crust. Not to mention they have probably some of the best cheesy bread I have ever had. They used to be just OK but they have stepped it up over the last few years, similar to what Domino's did in a way.

It drives me insane that my local Popeye's doesn't carry spicy chicken strips. They have spicy chicken on the bone, but when it comes to strips they only have regular. Also, did they get rid of honey mustard nationally? I have switched to the Mardi Gras mustard, but it just isn't the same.

Imagine a cinnamon scone dough with fresh apples in it as well as crispy thick-cut bacon packed into the dough as well. Then cooked for about 15 minutes and let cool for 5. Finally, dip said scones into a maple glaze made of just maple syrup & powdered sugar (with milk to thin it slightly) and topped with more bacon.
That's what that is.
Here's the recipe I used, just substituted the pecans for bacon obviously and didn't bother to shape them lol.

You used to be able to buy a large cup full of fries from McDonalds. It was classified as "humongous". Now they don't have that on the menu, but they may still sell it to you!

Strangely, it wasn't too bad as we only used a cup of cooked bacon overall as it was chopped up.
Ironically, we had Popeye's for dinner the night we made these.

Taco john's has something similar in the midwest. They call them super potato oles.
I've seen a sliced potato version of nachos dubbed "Irish Nachos." I had them at a sportsbar back home and it was fucking delicious.

Also im pretty lenient about the quality of fast food (I think thr McDouble is a legitimately good burger) but the ingredients Taco Bell uses in the Cool Ranch taco are the most blandest shit ever.
