Halo 4 leaked?

I think it looks significantly better than halo 3 or halo reach. I understand it's down to the artistic direction, but the game, for whatever reason looks much better than either of those games.
I don't believe it's offensive to state this as fact. bungie are brilliant developers but that doesn't mean their games weren't as visually impressive.
they did a lot of the groundwork, so credit has to be paid to them for the engine and other things that 343 picked up and tweaked, but that doesn't change the fact that this does look almost a generational leap compared to halo 3 and reach.

I'm with you. The reason Halo has already been better than the competition/wannabes is gameplay. Not graphics. Now with Bungie gone and 343 taking over amazing graphics are part of the equation, but is great gameplay still a part of it. I can't wait to find out.

Halo 2's leak seemed to have been a bigger deal. It made the non-NeoGAF news sources such as CNN and BBC.

Halo games have been getting leaked since Halo 2 in 2004. I'm sure they're used to it.

Of course it has to be properly tagged so that no one gets fooled.
It's a bit extreme, I know; but a spoiler is a spoiler and since there's already a thread for that, you might have a point.
Back on topic: too bad the leaked vids only show someone playing on what seems to be the easier difficulty available: enemies seem so dumb, they just stand there. Let me see some legendary action, dammit. xD

Halo games have traditionally had legendary ending differences.
Ok, well I'll just say that it is on youtube, and if one is smart enough to even type the basic words, quite easy to find.

Ah. I have played Halos 1-3 but honestly I don't remember much of anything story-wise.
They should've pooled bets on how early it would leak.
For all the flak Bungie gets for their visuals, their animation was always top-notch.

That 18min video that shows the second level looks very appealing. I didn`t feel that night level they showed the press, but this level definitely looks nice.

I don't think this will have a major impact on anything, hopefully. MP is a major component of Halo, always has been, and you're gonna need a legit copy to play that online. 99% of people playing are going to buy this game.

Yup, still seems like the same old sandbox combat. IMO the QTEs are very minimal. Only seen 3 in all the footage that I've watched.

The urge to watch was beginning to grow unbearable. Its good to know the game is a marked improvement visually but I'm more interested in the story and if Stinkles and co. have been able to integrate the canon more faithfully.

I'm the same, I'm way more interested in the story and it appears that they have been faithful to the cannon although I haven't seen everything from start to finish yet to confirm that.
