I can independently confirm a scene from Episode 5 has leaked. YES! 
I won't link it because I know you guys will find it hard to resist, but it's out there. It looks like it's from towards the end of the episode, mind, and whilst it doesn't give away much of what happens, it says enough.

Even in his fashionable party attire (I kinda like that belt without the hanky), he has no ribbon. In fact Tenzin manages to have one incorporated into his formal robe. And the insignia on during the raid was a law enforcement style badge. Interestingly enough, the badge the task force uses does not match the badge used by Chief Beifong and the metalbending police.
Again, I dont think this is some clue to a crazy revelation, just more a nod to the excellent costume design. Especially considering they're usually limited to four colors, heh.

My guess? Bolin makes his moves on Korra, Korra brushes him aside, tries it on with Mako (who rejects her because he's getting jiggy with Asami), and Bolin goes apeshit. This affects their performance in the tournament.

Because it wasn't a leak. It was one of those midweek previews.
Nickelodeon typically posts scenes from the week's upcoming episode as previews for the people on the internet that follow the Korra Nation website. They are hosted on the site's page days in advance, but they aren't made public until they're ready to show them. The scene that's out now probably wasn't meant to be out until tomorrow.How the hell does a scene leak but not the whole episode?
And what is with Avatar in general and leaks?
Avatar's age demographic is pretty broad, and adults are really into it, so adults with the know-how to just get into the site will find the stuff and spread it. Nickelodeon's site doesn't make this particularly difficult - all the person does is type in random numbers until they find it hidden on the page, save it, then rehost (or they just give a link that goes directly to Nick's media player).

Rewatching TLA.
Gotta say, Mako and ESPECIALLY Bolin need to step their game up. Sokka and Katara were compelling characters right from the start. We're not seeing too much of Mako and Bolin. Mako is doing a solid job, but Bolin is almost MIA. Even last episode, its like he wasn't even there.

And Bolin is cool but I feel like we've seen nothing of him. The show seems way too focused on Korra. Sokka and Katara got a lot more face time.

Yep, Bolin is probably my favorite character in LoK so far (even though his scenes are few). I don't recall Sokka standing out all that much by the 4th TLA ep, though I might need to rewatch the first season.

I don't get what people like about Bolin. I've found him to be a lame character, and he hasn't done anything noteworthy since the 1st episode. And his sense of humor is awful.

Give me a reason to care about Bolin besides him being the "lovable oaf" and then I'll start caring about him.
Bolin is like a poor man's Sokka. I know Mako is compared to Zuko, but I feel like he's at least gotten enough screen time to differentiate himself and become his own character. Bolin hasn't gotten enough screen time to really come into his own, so the only way I can really view him is this shows version of Sokka, and that just makes him seem even worse since he pales in comparison to Sokka.

All this Bolin hate really saddens me. He hasn't been outright funny like Sokka eventually became, but his VA is awesome and the delivery of all of his lines are perfect. Where my BolinBros at?

Wow...that is a depressing list of crap people watch. Korra (Edit: and GoT, missed that at the bottom there) is the only show with an actual plot there. I pretty much stopped watching TV with the advent of Reality TV Takeover and I sure haven't missed anything.
