Exclusive games on the current consoles

Exclusives are what makes me buy hardware. How many and how good they are.

I am going by the definition that to be "exclusive" - the game is not currently playable on another platform that is "alive today" (Steam/PC, Xbox Series, PS5 or Switch 2). Therefore Uncharted 4 or Halo Infinte, for example does not count since they is playable on Steam

Xbox Series - 3
- From Series consoles: 0
- From Xbox One: about 3 (not counting kinect: Halo 5, Forza 2013 and Rare Replay)

Playstation 5 - about 20
- From PS5: about 6 (Demon's Souls, Astro's Playroom, Destruction AllStars, Astro Bot, Ghost of Yōtei, Saros)
- From PS4: about 15 big ones not counting VR (Bloodborne, SOTC, Dreams, Knack, GT Sports, Infamous Second son, Last Guardian etc)

Nintendo Switch 2: 100+
- From Switch 2: About 10-15 depending on if you count remakes (Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Pokopia, Botw/Totk re-release etc)
- From Switch: 100+ (especially of you count Wii U ports)

The current state of consoles is quite pathetic. Sony really screwed up buy diliting the value of their classic titles on PS4 these last years too and no wonder noone buys Series consoles

PlayStation for me means its exclusives. That's why I have bought the last 3 generations of it. Xbox360 also had some great exclusives and I bought that too.

That era of amazing competition and exclusives seems over. While there are still many great single player games to play (especially this year), something seems to be missing from the whole scene.

If you're going to count Xbox One games as Xbox Series exclusives, why not also count Xbox 360 games? Forza Horizon or Gears of War: Judgement, for example.

If Demons Souls counts then Switch 2 Remakes/Remasters should also count no?

But seriously beyond the Switch(2) I dont really see a need to have a console if youve got a decent PC doesnt even have to be range topping if it can launch and get you to 60 with decent settings you are golden.
Buying a whole console for what 4 games doesnt make much sense to me.

Im hoping the PS6 has some serious launch titles.......I used to be excited to see what Sony was cooking up, as much as I think Saros is a good game and I really need to steal borrow a PS5 for Ghost of Yotei.........the PS5 isnt tempting me anywhere near as much as the PS4 or PS3 did.

Microsoft is gonna port Helix everything to PC so I aint even worried......well I am cuz I might need to buy an RTX6000 and my kidneys aint the best(years of scotch).

PS5 also has Abandoned.

I'm very happy with Switch 2 exclusive especially the fact we are getting Xenoblade and Fire Emblem which for me biggest reason why I bought Switch 2 in the first place.

PS5 this gen is mostly 3rd party machine.
