Clear? No, unfortunately not. That is why this sport is so damn frustrating and unfair at times.

If you somehow got interested in the game itself, I recommend watching Premier League if possible. Referee's aren't very forgiving to those who are committed being a cast member of a Shakespeare play. You see more of the game there, than bullshit decisions by referee's and/or VAR.
