True. Also when's the last time someone got sent off in a World Cup knockout match for a genuinely debatable football play? Those reds are usually flung (again during Knock out matches) for someone who watched wrestling or a Kung Fu flick before the game. I don't think the USA needs Balogun to win (they were down a man and still scored), so whether the ban got overturned doesn't matter to me. My issue is with people pretending this was just another routine red card like it's the gaslighting Olympics.

The call was just as odd as it's reversal.
