Even more Yakuza 6. Only one more hostess, then Amon, then gotta fight some more clan battles so I can buy even more supplements for Kiryu to level one of the clan leaders up to max level. I did manage to max out Kiryu though.

Completed Act 2 on Hell in Diablo 2.
Hell is quite strange in this game and I can't wrap my head around it. In the normal game and nightmare the bosses are usually the most difficult enemies of the game but here it seems the other way around. Some of the mobs before Duriel were wild, wiping me out almost instantly. Then Duriel comes around and I off him immediately. Hmmm...

Managed to do a speedrun under 2 hours. All there's left is relaxing and doing the remaining trophies for the platinum.
Very solid game with a great soundtrack. Especially, dig the track that plays in The tombs.
Brings a nice combo of contra-esque run'n'gun with metroidvania elements and a neat metal aesthetic which at times looks like it took inspiration from various album covers. Recommended for metal fans and Contra fans alike.

Finished ff7 intergrade and intermission. Almost done with Mina the Hollower. Reminds me of the oracle games. Lots of upgrades and hidden trinkets around. It is pretty fun though it can be challenging. I had to grind to upgrade my stats after repeatedly losing to the boss you encounter when you are heading to the snow area.

playing ratchet and clank in PS2, got a mood for space hero games lately.
after playing deep combat gameplay in monster hunter, the lesser combat mechanic in other game seems refreshing.
i forgot how afwul camera in this game : ))
luckily, i'm using emulator, at least a little bit manageable

Loved it back in the day when it released. Dunno how it would be to play today though with all the ND baggage you tend to notice now that you perhaps would not have before.

Beat Mina the Hollower… so good. My top 5 for GOTY is getting crowded. RE9, Mio, Mina, 007, Pragmata. In no particular order that is my current top 5. And we aren't even halfway through 2026 yet. Will see if this holds up by the time we get to December.

Quite refreshing to play a game where the developer doesn't think I have an IQ of 2 or in a vegetative state. I runs well, plays well and the whole figure it out yourself is great. I like the dark and gritty tone of the game.
What I can say is, that the game deals with some very serious subject matter. Without spoiling anything, I did a quest last night to help a starving baby. While games don't really invoke any emotions in my as it's just a game,
I must say that the quest had me really a bit emotional.

It is very good but I think Capcom outdid themselves with (CPS3) Street Fighter 3: Second Impact and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.Some people claim
that this is the best 2D fighting game in the world.

Just finished Trails In The Sky First Chapter Remake and what a great experience. I played on Switch Docked and I'm happy that the Remake is one to one with hardly anything new added. Just a couple of new sidequest. I love the original and am happy this turned out good

This is one of the reason why I dont like bringing celebrities in video games. It makes licensing nightmare trying bring those games back later on.

Finished Gears Reloaded.
Nothing much to say about it. It was sitting in my backlog with about 15% complete. I needed to make some space so I finished up.
It's Gears Ultimate with the Xbox One limits removed. With MS seemingly shutting down Xbox, I doubt we'll ever see Gears 2 Reloaded.

Finish twilight princess on the Dusklight pc port. Saying I beat a native pc port of twilight princess with an xbox controller sounds crazy but here we are.
Currently playing Ninja Gaiden 2 black with the White mod. It's supposed to be a mod that makes ng2b more like the original 360 version. Either the game is kicking my ass but I love it. It has been minute since I've played a 3rd person action game with enemies this aggressive.

I downloaded FFVI and Gitaroo Man earlier today with the plan being to dive into Final Fantasy tonight. I decided I'd play the first stage of Gitaroo Man and ended up playing through the whole thing. Damn I miss the PS2 era of games and Japanese quirk. I'd inject that ish right into my veins if I could.
