I'd argue that it's a bad idea to have your smart TV connected to the internet at all. They're all collecting your viewing information and transmitting it, regardless of what apps you're running or even if you're strictly using connected devices over HDMI whether it be a set top box or a videogame console. Folks lost their shit over Microsoft Copilot doing routine snapshotting on Windows 11, yet smart TVs have been doing this for years and years.

if they wanted to virtue signal they needed to use the "progressive flag". using the actual pride flag like in that artwork is actually offensive to many modern woke activists, because it's used by the LGB movement, which is advocating for removing trans people from the community by arguing that trans is not a sexuality and therefore should not be grouped in with them.
