Yeah......................after seeing many East vs. West comparisions over the last few days, I'm finally starting to see it as clear as day. The females just aren't being carried over into the games as 1-to-1 as the East. I still think Faye\Debra look like a clean translation of the real character. And I still think Aloy in Horizon looks like a pretty woman too.

But overall, the West has stopped trying to make the women even look attractive in their games. Very interesting approaches to game development. Especially when you consider Western devs haven't done this to most males in their games.

They arent independend studios, so its not their hundreds of milions of usd they burn, they got cozy 6 and 7figures yearly salary jobs anyways for 5-6-7years of game's devcycle and can retire after it flops no probs.
That laufey director age isnt publicly known but she worked in ssm on gow games since 2007, and looks around 50yo if not even more, 2 more years of topend salary for her till game comes out, then she cashes out and lives lavish life till end of her days.
This game is basically last biggest heist for her, just totally legit with 0 risk of any kind, she will be retired multimilionaire even if no1 buys the game.

Let's represent women by cutting down their breasts, removing any femininity or softness from their features (or personalities), making them uglier than their models without fail, etc. It's been going on for years too.
