Yeah I'm buying all 3 day one. TBH kinda want the new physicals. At least for 2 since I don't have a normal case (colllectors steelbook is on my shelf and it stands out)

I'm assuming each upgrade pack will be $20?

Please let me know how the image quality is, X looked great when the frame was still but it was a mess in motion.Xenoblade updated to 2.0. I think the upgrade is live? They will cost $10 a piece.
Edit:
I bought it and its updating now.
Yea, I was tempted but I can wait for the Physicals. There's more than enough to play through until they drop.Even though I went digital with this upgrade. I'm really tempted to get these as physical releases. I guess it is safe to assume Torna will be on the cart with Xenoblade 2. Still curious how Torna will work with people that bought it as a physical game back in 2018.
That's because... well... their games didn't have motion vectors on Switch 1... This should be obvious to you, Monolith Soft is another storyI really hope but Nintendo seems allergic to DLSS for some reason

I made a video but I can only capture at 1080P. I didn't noticed what others have said about Xenoblade X's upgrade pack but I'm sure someone with a keen eye and knowledge of the game may spot something. I used YouTube. I can upload a lossless version but I need suggestions on where to do that. Hope this helps.
Don't worry, these games are only like 120 hours each. Plus another ~20 hours for each of their expansionsThe amount of RPGs I wanna play and beat is becoming a real problem
Still 30fps? Looks really janky in motion on your video but not sure if that's just Youtube doing their thing
I think Switch 2 only captures at 30fps. The switch 2 version is advertised as being 60 fps. I'm on a phone right now so I can't tell if the upscaler is improved or not, I want to say yes but I'll need to check it on a bigger screen.Still 30fps? Has the matter with the piss-poor Xenoblade Chronciles X HD upgrade been resolved yet?
Praise the Monado, this looks fixed as far as I can tell. I paused on multiple frames where you spun the camera and didn't see any breakup at all! And I didn't see any noise either in movement.OK try this: https://gofile.io/d/XmVHwy
No idea how long files last on this host but its just under 3GB but you should be able to stream it. If not download it and use VLC to run it.

Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition - Switch 2 Edition .... lol
I'm paying $10 each for thisMan, I hate they are paywalling resolution and FPS improvements. These should've been free by just buying a Switch 2 and inserting a Switch 1 game into it...
XC1 upgrade is out and it says it's in 4K 60
We'll see 'bout that
BOUGHT
Paywalling that is OK, imho. Those are new features. I still think that stuff like higher rendering resolution and higher FPS should come for "free" by just playing old shit on new hardware.I'm paying $10 each for this

The FPS and resolution improvements are just icing on the cake.

I haven't replayed XC2 since launch, almost 9 years ago. I'm going to replay that one, it was my favorite of the three anyway.
...and we aren't playing them.

I booted it up once.
