Came here to say this. October 15th is a Thursday, and Nintendo currently release their firsty party games on Thursday.

If Konami doesn't want to compete with whatever releases that day, it's probably Nintendo's big holiday title (Ocarina of Time remake?), though I guess they could think Duskbloods would have a lot of audience overall with Castlevania.
