This looks like Mass Effect Andromeda to me. The writing doesn't seem great either. I do like the sci-fi visuals (the awakened look cool too). Combat looks decent although fps not so much. Early for that to be a problem though. When will devs learn that people should not talk every 2 seconds? Way to break all immersion of these interesting worlds.

I am getting PTSD just from hearing Andromeda. If Exodus is even 50% as bad as that game with its characters, story, writing and UX, I am out.

Hopefully this is completely wrong and the game is great.

My gut feeling told me the gameplay always looked bad. The extended gameplay reveal was what I was waiting for, Hype at 100% now.

So 6 weapons, 6 consumable-based powers and 4 Squad based talents. That's a lot of powers to juggle. Sweet that there is a Fire-Water-Earth kinda relation going on with guns and enemies with combo detonations.

Hold on, what about Airbending? Is MC the Avatar?

WTF, this looks amazing! This is how I imagined ps5 games to look like. Diminishing returns my ass, you just need competent developers and effort.

This game continues to look like it's using UE3 which is kinda fascinating considering what it's actually using.
Really really weird art direction choices.
