FORZA HORIZON 6 has made over $140 Million from the Premium Edition and Surpasses 1 Million Players Before Launch

As of this writing, there are currently 118,809 players on Steam. Earlier today, on May 16, the game had over 178,000 players. Furthermore, new evidence shows the game has surpassed 1 million players.

A screenshot shared on DayOne suggests that nearly 1.2 million players opted to secure the premium version of Forza Horizon 6.

As the Premium Edition of the game costs $120, it's likely the game has already secured, if not surpassed, $140 million in revenue. That's just from players who bought the most expensive version of the game. It's unknown how much the number will rise once everyone around the globe begins to filter in on May 19.

Tbh it always does because terminally online nerds like us are the only one who care enough to debate in either direction. People are going to pick a character and never think about this shit again lol
I think it depends on the game. For this one yeah even most people on here including me just rolled our eyes but know that it doesn't really matter because it's a racing game

IIRC this is even faster than FH5, where it also reached 1m players before the regular date, but not just in the first day of the early access window.

I've bought the upgrade on gamepass for the last two - but now it's practically buying a game.

This is the way to go with gpu. Buy the premium edition add on $40 and then buy the base game when its old and on sale for like $20. Bam day 1 digital ultimate edition of game for like $60 instead of $120.

I mean. i used the NZ trick to play the game early. My son also played with me a little but..

Time played is 1 day lol.

The game is very addective. its been ages for me since I got addicted to a game. unlocking and finding new cars and shit.

last time I played a game this extensively was Final Fantasy X on PS2.

So bravo to the team. They did an amazing job. The game is stunning too.

If its like the other versions then you'll get the base game for free before they delist it if you buy the premium edition upgrade.

Makes sense. Unlike ubislop, they are actually doing what gamers wanted when it comes to making their franchise set in Japan.

Wow, have you been playing for 24+ hours?? Take a break, get some food and sleep.

Now imagine if it wasn't on gamepass

Anyway I really don't understand why this game is selling as well as it is
The thrill of the Auction house. where you can list cars you don't want for bidding and do a side hustle to get game money and buy rare cars that you can show off since many others can't have. or your own customization of the car that you can show off to others.

Not to mention the game is stunning and its fun to play.

its not a racing sim. not really Arcady either. It's like a mix of both

It's $60 for the Premium upgrade. MS will give you the base game for free regardless, before it gets delisted. If you Buy any DLC and are still subscribed to Gamepass in 5 years.
Wait so it's actually fifty percent off on GamePass?
Gamepass Ultimate includes the base game which is $70. $60 gets you the Premium upgrade which includes two DLC worth $20 each.

I did that with 5 too but I bought a code for 6. Saved me almost 20 euros.

And now I'm upgrading.

Well deserved!
Best Forza Horizon I've played 👌

I still don't like how fast you get more cars though. They should have a hard mode where you have to drive your uncles old junk of a car and tune it and win races until you can afford something better. It's progressing too fast.

First, you have to be a victim of today's most radical consumerism, and second, you have to have money to burn or value it very little to spend €120 just to avoid waiting a few days. It's insane... and there are people who can't make ends meet.

That said, everyone is entitled to their own money, but this isn't healthy.

No such thing as day one MS games on gamepass. I'll play it when it comes to gamepass on day four.

They turned day one on gamepass to "day one* on gamepass" with a $60 upgrade fee lmao. They have to make money somehow.

I would usually agree but at least you get both expansions, and a bunch of goodies ingame with the Premium. Its not simply paying that much to play a few days early.
