NO. Windwaker is already timeless.
I can see them remake Twilight Princess to match the Zelda WiiU Demo.

I'm betting on $50 individual releases, but only because Nintendo in light of the Switch 2 price hike may decide to throw you a bone. Honestly the examples of how they price these things are all over the place. Metroid Prime remaster was $40. DKC Returns HD was $60. Mario Galaxy 1/2 are $40/$70. Paper Mario TTYD was $60. Luigi Mansion 2 was $60. Generally, who the fuck knows with Nintendo?

I just want Wind Waker HD re-released. Wind Waker is one of my favorite Zelda games.
When my WiiU died, I took the SD card and researched like crazy on how to get the file off and onto a Steam Deck. I figured I would be playing Wind Waker HD on my Switch by now…I'm not sure why they haven't yet.

Do you really think Nintendo would miss out on the opportunity to charge people $50 per game vs a $60 double pack??
This. 100%.

1.) Why charge $70 for a double pack when Nintendo can sell them individually for $60?

2.) SO..Let me ask you something else. DO you REALLY Believe Nintendo wants to put any franchise including Mario, Pokémon or Zelda and have all there games on one system? I say "NO!".

You got 3 on Switch.
1.) Skyward Sword (Remake)
2.) BOTW (cross gen release Wii U + Switch)
3.) ToTK (Switch only)

I expect something similar on NS2!

1.) BOTW Deluxe + TOTK
2.) OoT Remake
3.) New 3D Zelda towards the halfway point of NS2 life. ——2028-2030.

4.) Then logically if they want to include TP or WW, they would likely include one. Or just release both on NSO.

**My thought is if OoT is a hit, then we will get new 3D Zelda and then Majora Mask Remake as cross gen for NS2, and the next system. "Nintendo Stream".

THEN AFTER Majora you will get Wind Waker and TP.

I can see it happening considering the Galaxy pack was $70. They would probably be ballsy tho and charge $80 for the Switch 2 Edition, maybe launch it after the movie for some easy $$$ if the OOT Remake is real.

They can notoriously sit on finished projects forever to just spread out schedule. I think last fire emblem was ready for like year until they released it

that is exactly why I asked the question I was wondering are they just sitting on them or are they fake?

Could explain why many Nintendo games receive a patch or two and are complete and (almost) bug-free.

For me it was always a "rumoured" port, not because someone actually heard something about it but rather they wanted it to happen
sadly at this point I think you might be right.
mean the 40th anniversary was the perfect time for it but that's where Ocarina of Time is going so.

This won't be a remake if its real.

It'll be quality ot life update release like the recent Mario Galaxy games.

They have that already, Twilight Princess HD.
I can see Nintendo Remake most of SNES, N64, GC, DS, 3DS and Wii classics for NSW2.

People just came up with double pack because they already re-rereleased these games and didn't think Nintendo would do it again without some sort of concession, for some bizarre reason.

Jeff Grubb already ate shit on this rumor a few years ago.

I'll gladly watch him eat shit again.

More remakes. Great.
Nintendo already gave us three brand new Switch 2 games this year and there's 2 more already announced. We also got two brand new Switch 1 games so far as well.

Mario Tennis Fever
Pokopia
Tonadachi Life
Yoshi and the Mysterious Book
Rhythm Heaven
Splatoon Raiders
Fire Emblem Fortunes Weave

That's a ton of new games for one calendar year. I think they earned it to also drop some ports / remasters as well.

That was on the Wii U. They haven't released Wind Waker or Twilight Princess on the Switch/Switch 2.

A credible rumour from Nate is that they are remaking OoT. He was spot on about Star Fox, so that rumour seems believable.

I don't think they'll do the same remake treatment for WW or TP. My money is on juat a very basic remaster double pack like Mario Galaxy.

Sounds very plausible that Nintendo would sell a double-pack of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on Switch and Switch 2 with a minimal overhaul to support 4K etc, pretty much like they did with the Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 double-pack. This is easy money for them. I have been expecting both of these since the release of the Switch and have been surprised that they've taken so long.

I would absolutely buy these on a physical cart if they actually come out.

Why not just play the recomps? Likely better than whatever Nintendo puts out, aside from an actual remake like what is promised with OOT.

this rumored double pack would just be a re-release of the HD version of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on switch

According to "insiders" like Nate, something like this existed (because they've talked in their "leaks" about it). So if that is true, Nintendo have been sitting on it for reasons unknown. But that was quite some time ago because it was during the Switch 1 era. Maybe this will be a cross-gen thing? This year is Zelda's 40th anniversary (Japanese release). If it's not announced this year, then I would assume this shit has been cancelled or never existed in the first place.
