Only new thing will be Forza Horizon 6, which I'm greatly looking forward to with progression improvements + Japan setting.

Otherwise, definitely buying a Steam Controller, and then more backlog like most of this year.

I have Luna Abyss and ZERO PARADES in my wishlist, let's see how those turn out. I wish Alabaster Dawn was a full release... I'm not gonna touch that until it's out of Early Access.

Everything I bought in April but haven't gotten around to. Also, I will probably cave at some point and get the most expensive version of Forza Horizon 6.

Still playing Hitman: World of Assassination.
It's insane how replayable it is. I'm one of the few who actually enjoys the Freelancer Mode.

Looks like a quiet month for me to catch up. I've been bombarded with new releases lately and I don't buy that many games new. Requiem, Pragmata, and Crimson Desert. But it's been a good run.

The only game on that list or that I'm aware of this month that has any interest for me is potentially 007 but I really don't think that's a day one situation for me.

The big 3:
* Zero Parades from Za/Um. Their second game after Disco Elysium.
* Forza Horizon 6
* 007 First Light

Will buy but banish to backlog
* Mixtape
* Directive 8020

Good month.

Directive 8020
007 First Light
might try FH6

Better Than Dead - I also have it on my wishlist, but seems more early access ue5 bodycam slop

This poll just shows the trend in the industry. Even NeoGaf, a forum dedicated to gaming, focuses only on AAA mainstream titles like 007 and Forza.

Crimson Desert will be ongoing for a long time beyond May.
I still need to finish Pragmata and Aphelion.
I've started lots of games that I've set aside for another time.
Set aside Borderlands 4, Bauldurs Gate 3, and Epedition 33. I need to finish those.
Looks like a bunch of Gamepass games are going up this month.
Will drive around in Japan for a while.
Mixtape has my interest, but don't know if it will keep my interest.

Backlog is a huge. I bought a bunch of old games on GOG that I will probly never get around to playing. :(

All month my massive Backlog stuff only, I was interested in 007 Day 1 but after the previews, I'm gonna wait and given this is IOI they might make this semi-live service like they do with Hitman WoA. So it won't hurt checking this out after a year of updates.

May for me looks like:

- Destiny 2, all campaigns I got from the legacy collection, I'll finish Final Shape and grind a bit for those Halo themed guns and try some gambit, solo dungeons and maybe solo playlists, basically will 100% Steam achievements (pretty easy and quick) and uninstall for a year or two, until I get the next 3-4 campaigns at cheap legacy prices lol.
- Division 1, new fresh play-through, I just keep coming back lol
- Outer Worlds, I had started playing this a year back and always keep quitting lol, will finally play it to completion.
- Pillars of Eternity or Octopath Traveler 1 or some other indie or AA, idk.
- more Age of Empires 2, 3 or 4

That's it.

Honestly backlog gaming feels way better lately than spending full price on every new release. I've kinda been doing the same thing and mixing games with other online stuff when I'm bored at night, even checking out Ontario online casinos and different online casino reviews on https://oncasinos.ca/ because I was curious which platforms people actually trust now. Some of the best online casinos in Ontario honestly put more effort into rewards and presentation than certain AAA games lately. Funny how both industries are dealing with the same problem where people are getting tired of overpriced content and just want something that actually feels worth the time.
Division 1 is still one of the best Ubisoft games honestly, the atmosphere alone makes it easy to come back to even years later. Snowy New York at night just hits different and Survival mode is still amazing. Right now I'm mostly playing Elden Ring again and a bit of Helldivers 2 with friends when I want something more chaotic. I also started replaying GTA 4 because I randomly got nostalgic for it.

Plan is to jump into Directive 8020 after I finish Pragmata and then 007 after that - given that both get good reviews of course.

I've been playing Blue Prince, got utterly addicted and played ten hours in a day and wrecked my wrists. Now started playing Titanium Court, not sure about it so far - the humour seems quite annoying.

The only game I'll probably buy day 1 will be FH6.
Waiting for reviews on all the others and sorting them into bargain bins based on that.

Persona 5 Royal

I finally beat Okamura...

I'm playing this game on normal difficulty and had to fight tooth and nail with Baton Passes and status ailments. It took me a couple days to come up with a strategy.

Meanwhile, I accidentally figured out how to snatch a Persona from a lurking Shadow. That legit blew my mind.

Forza Horizon 6 is the BIGGEST game of the month, (well for car fans anyway..) so that tops my list, I would have added 007 as well, but I am waiting for reviews on that, and unfortunately it isn't on Gamepass either..

Started a few games around the same time, and I hate it when I do that: Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, Pokemon Legends ZA and The Last of Us Part One.

Bf6 season 3 on ps5. Continue crimson which is a very huge game. And more Pragmata and Re9 to possibly get platinum.
