Sorry to hear that, what happened? I got my copy from them and fortunately its fine but I've been reading a lot of bad stuff about them since last night. Won't take any chances anymore however.

Always buy from authorized resellers so you can refund the game in case if you dont like it or doesn't run well on your rig

Why

I've been buying keys monthly for over 10 years and have only ever had one issue. Even then, it was refunded instantly
Let's see;

The deals are total ass now, it used to be you could consistently find them bare minimum 40% cheaper. I remember buying Mankind Divided for 40 bucks on launch day.

When they do have sales it's only a dollar or two cheaper than Steam. The best deals come from Humble Monthly where they dump the keys for pennies.

Many of them charge processing fees for using cards now, avoid it by using their system loading it up with credit and then using it.

It's just a hassle now, I'm sticking with GmG

I used to buy from grey market key shops all the time until BioShock Infinite. I grabbed it for only a little cheaper than Steam, beat it, then one day logged in and wanted to play it again and it was just gone from my library. No warning, no update, just vanished. I tried to get a refund, but time had passed. Maybe things are better now, I don't know. Since then I just buy direct from Steam or legit sites like gmg, fanatical, etc. Paying a little more is worth not having to wonder if your game will still exist next month, plus I want steam points, is the reason why I gave away my fanatical digital deluxe copy of pragmata like op and rebought on steam. The game is phenomenal, looks absolutely stunning on my 9800x3d/4070ti build.

Some off you look like this lol

Showing up to a free game giveaway with a 2 thousand dollar graphics card is peak poor behavior. If you can't afford a 50 dollar video game after buying all your hardware, maybe you couldn't afford that hardware in the first place. Disgusted.

Tbh I wanted someone with a decent PC to enjoy it. Like, would you be this mad if I gave away a 4K disc to someone with a home theater?

I'd be mad if you gave a 4K disc to someone who up until a year ago had the best / most sought after projector and home theater in all existence, yeah.

I'm sad
Cuz I have a 5070
I have a good system
I want this game
I don't even need this giveaway, I can easily buy it

But because my fuckass country decided that in a war against America, it is necessary to shutdown internet to gaurantee security, I can't even access steam. I can barely surf the net with 20$ VPN configs that work for like 5 gigs of data and it's slow as fuck

Tbh key shops have gone to shit. I think I'm sticking with GmG, Humble and Steam.

To the soup kitchen with you!
Apart from Steam, I only use GMG (legitimate and official retailer of game keys) and Loaded (well known and trusted, but not official).
I've heard too many bad stories from sites like G2A.

Literally out of a job and depressed as hell. Have a 5070ti. Would love it man and it would make my week.
I can add you to my Steam familly. I'm not playing Pragmata right now as I'm into Crimson Desert.
Let me know if you want !

Thanks man that sounds great, I really appreciate it. Not sure how Steam Family works as I've never used it but my Steam name is the same as on here :)

I pretty much stick with Eneba now out of the resellers: Eneba, Gamivo, G2A. Of course GMG and Fanatical are rock solid, but those are actual storefronts instead of randos selling keys. Recently got Arc Raiders for $25(incl. fee) on Eneba compared to $34 on Fanatical and $40 on Steam. Always buy from resellers with extremely high ratings and number of sales.
