Late-night could regain traction by leaning into bold, reaction-driven content built for clips on TikTok and YouTube, but for it to actually work, it can't feel tied to any one political side or demographic, it has to hit everyone equally, making people laugh and catch a stray at the same time, so no one feels like it's preaching and everyone feels like it's worth tuning in for.
