The video was confirmed by Variety to have taken place in Reykjavik at Prikið Kaffihús, "a trendy bar in central Reykjavik that Miller frequents" when in the city.[47][48][49] A bar employee identified the person in the video as Miller and said they were escorted off the premises by staff after the incident.[47]

On January 27, 2022, Miller posted a video to their Instagram that seemed to threaten members of the Ku Klux Klan operating in Beulaville, North Carolina. The Southern Poverty Law Center reported no knowledge of recent Klan activity in Beulaville.[50][51]

On March 28, 2022, Miller was arrested in Hawaii, following a physical confrontation with patrons at a karaoke bar.[52][53] It was later revealed that Miller had been kicked out of numerous bars for a month before the arrest.[54] Shortly after Miller made bail, a couple with whom Miller had been staying filed a restraining order against Miller, accusing them of assault.[55] Miller allegedly broke into the couple's bedroom then proceeded to steal their wallets, credit cards, debit cards, bank cards, passports, driver's licences and social security cards, amongst other items. Miller also allegedly threatened to kill them telling the husband that they "would bury him and his slut wife."[56]

The weed charge as a kid is whatever, big deal. But his behavior these past two years seems to indicate someone that really needs help. If he isn't seeking help and no one he knows is helping him, it's time for a judge to intervene. None of that is normal behavior. It's even abnormal for a drunk.
