Jeff Grubb and "others" that I talk to said this is one big interactive demo and yes, part of this is they will be showing off things like Silent hill(s), God of war: ragnarok trailer, new MGS remake trailer. This is Hasan's little studio that were contracted to make this which would show off their skills using unreal engine but also make something interactive that does its job in having the community interact. So we will be unlocking parts of the demo that will unveil other titles and their trailers.

So imagine you walking around sections that are named specific things that represent different games.

Some stuff got pushed to my knowledge as in the PlayStation event that goes with this. Think of this as one big viral marketing but it's interactive with its own story that leads you to trailers for other Games that will be revealed one by one throughout the month of September up to Fall.

Some peoples stuff like Call of duty vanguard is suppose to be revealed this week. Dont know if its going to be part of the demo. I dont think it will be, I think hasan's demo is silent hill, mgs, god of war and couple other reveals.

Exactly. Several objects have strange floating shadows that hang in mid air and are dark but not cast on anything and don't change shape or position realistically.

It’s clearly rendered and full of low-budget chromatic aberration. Frame rate is total shit - I bet under 24 FPS. Can someone apply a frame-rate counter do the video?

It looks terrible. There’s nothing incredible or realistic about it. Shadows are all a mess with 0 global illumination. Also, the camera movements are super unnatural and shift to odd angles so it’s obviously all scripted and I bet it’s pre-rendered and not real-time.

0 detail in the skybox. It’s night but the sky is blue? All nonsense. To think this looks incredible is hilarious. It’s a shit pre-render from the 90s with super low res textures with barely any detail. Some nice geometry on trees but that’s it. Looks like Nightmare Creatures on PS1.

Nanite and Lumen we know about. So it could be leveraging that. The expansive worlds part is interesting especially as they wanted to go open world and now have reigned it back to a linear style game. Animations doesn't sound right as they are using their own mocap. Metasounds looks like a good use case for the engine as well.

I can tell you that the shadow of the man is being cast from the small light on camera because due to diffusion, the weaker light source is producing a much softer shadow.

If it was coming from 1 source of light, the shadow would be much darker and more defined.
