NBA is much more complicated than Madden, and is a better game for it. Madden is mostly about calling the right plays and making the right pre snap adjustments (which are the same every play). In 2k you need to focus on so much more, mostly just due to the nature of how the sport works. I'm terrible at 2k.

I watch basketball though so understand NBA. NFL I don't watch/know the rules and all the options and stuff look overwhelming. I would basically just QB, launch forward and then hope I scored, lmao.

Yeah its all about knowing who to throw to, which if you understand what the D is doing, you know pre snap. In 2k you have to know what to do on the fly and constantly make adjustments, and do the same on defense! But yeah being familiar with the sport is crucial.

These aren't the only confirmed games coming this March. Microsoft announces 2 waves of games every month. This is the first wave, 1st to 15th, the second wave will be announced the second half of March.

it should also be noted that the EA games are all coming to EA Play (they have a special logo noting that on their covers) which is NOT included with regular Game Pass (it's 'coming soon' to the PC version but for consoles it's only available as part of Game Pass Ultimate)

2k is Last gen, Madden is both (according to reddit, whom I trust)

Game pass is kinda annoying I love gaming I think it’s a smart service but you can only play one game at a time.

Nice one, I was thinking about giving FM a whirl and nearly bought it. Takes me back to the early 90's, only trouble is I don't know many of the players these days as my interest in football as drifted. I might get some Ecstasy tablets while I'm at it.

My issue with them using these are props is that most of the fan bases even for those games are not happy with the recent versions. I havent heard a good thing about madden or 2k in years. NHL is in the same boat from what I have gathered as well.

Downloaded Madden for Series X and it's better than last year's version for sure, they've changed the play calling menu which is a bit annoying but I'll get used to it eventually.
