They still don't get the character customization right, no sliders for eyes, nose, lips etc. You would think by 2077 plastic surgery would be so advance that everyone can be as attractive or weird as possible, yet they fail on both front, you can't make attractive female chars nor very weird characters, sigh. Please can the western devs consider hire character customization experts from Asian games, or even modders from Skyrim who can do brilliant character customization mods? It's insane that someone that does it for free can get it so much more accurate than devs spending millions of dollars. Character customization is super important for open world rpgs, hence you see they are always the top 10 most downloads for these type of games if those char creation fix mods do come out.

Damn, they weren't kidding when they said this thing looks great. Just had a chance to play the opening hour or so and it definitely feels revolutionary for an open world game. The tech is on another level.

They were also right about the bugs, but hopefully it'll get sorted out.

But yeah, pretty amazing what I've seen so far.

Especially after the next gen patch, I doubt that it's going to be easy to ignore it next year

Holy shit, with an RTX 2060 I'm hovering between 50-60fps on Ultra on my 32 inch 1440p, with DLSS on and RTX off. Until I get my RTX 3080 in the future I'm definitely happy with this in the meantime.

I have i5 8400, rtx 2060 super and 16gb of ram. At 1080p I'm getting 80-100fps with ray tracing off and nearly everything at high/ultra. I have DLSS on the performance setting. Played close to a hour and I'm very impressed. Thus far the shooting seems pretty good and the tutorials they put you through give you a pretty good grasp on everything you need to get through whatever the game throws at you. The only bug I've encountered so far was the sheriff floating in the air in the starting area. Seems like the 8 year wait was worth it.

This was my thought exactly and I've only made it to Vs apartment for the first time. I am loving it so far but now I'm at work for the next 6 hrs. It's going to be a big night when I get home, kids and wife will he in bed. Headset is charged, controller is charged, just need some snacks.

Just played about 40 min. Wow. Game looks great and I don't even have a beefy PC.
I love it when character models have a 'placement' to them, and these visuals definitely exceeded expectations. AO is on point with this game.
The tech on display has me in awe.
Started a Corpo but will restart. Don't quite like my V. Character customization is a bit disappointing only because I'm trying to get it looking like me.

i7-7700k @ 4.2 GHz, GTX 1080, 32 GB DDR4, SSD drive (820 MBps W / 840 MBps R)

1440p, 'High' preset, so no ray tracing or anything special. Crowd density is high.

Out in Night City my FPS hovers around 35 almost at all times, will drop to 30 if a lot is going on, especially while driving. When I am inside a building just strolling around it will go over 100 at times.

So I've got a 28GB patch/update yesterday on PS4/PS5 (my preload was v1.01), I turned the download on before I went to sleep 7 hours ago... was supposed to be done by now, but the PS5 decided to do a firmware update. Download is now at 15/28GB. That's 2-3 hours I have to wait now -_-

Played it for 2 hours on PS4 pro/1080p SDR TV. Looked great and the game appears to be awesome - despite the protagonist’s male VA.

Had one annoying bug with a weapon menu not disappearing from the screen during cutscenes. Reloading last save fixed it.

This game is gorgeous. Playing on ultra settings with ultra RT with dlss set to quality and so far I get 60-75fps on a 3080 in 1440p but haven't seen any parts of the city with neons etc.. so far since I started with nomad

Played for about three hours on PC with no issues. 3440x1440, everything on ultra. Getting mostly 60-70 FPS on a 9900k/3080 in the city.

This is a beautiful game, but the bugs are nuts. I'm encountering 21:9 dropout when I crouch in the first mission.

I've been playing Valhalla so long I got cocky in this game and ran into a large battle guns blazing. a decent sized group of guys can tear you down incredibly fast, even playing on just normal.

Which version of the game should I have, currently 1.03 on Gog. Is that the most recent patch?

This game is a fucking riot and I've barely even scratched the surface.

I’m pretty pleased so far. Ultra presets, RTX Ultra, DLSS Balanced and I stay pretty well locked at 72fps, occasional dips into the mid 60s.

Ryzen 5 3600X / GTX3080

I'm 35 gigs into downloading the 45 that apparently didn't come with the disk version...

I'm trying to be patient here, but its kinda stupid.

Had done a full compute clean-up when I formatted and temps are fine as I have good airflow. Tried so many different troubleshooting steps so not sure what did it but it's not crashing anymore so I'll take it
