TLOU 1 is one of my favourite games of all time. TLOU 2 is one of the biggest disappointments... the more i think of it the more I dislike it.

There's nothing wrong with TLOU2's gameplay, its one of the game's stronger aspects. Especially in its more survival-horror inspired stretches.

In your opinion. I have played both and in my opinion they couldn't even be talked about in the same calibre of games.

And that is game and just media in general. Different strokes for different folks. People can argue that they didn't like the Tlou sure , but they cannot argue that other people think it is absolutely brilliant.

Uncharted 4 was May 2016 and in December 2016 they announced 2 new games.
The Last of Us Part 2 was June 2020 and so maybe they have something to share next month.

My game of the generation was Ghosts. Overall amazing experiencing and passion project. Cinematic master piece oozing with style.
Last of Us 2 was good too, not as good as the first, and I ended up turning on Ellie and rooting for Abby. So I guess their Jedi mind tricks worked on me and I was their target audience. But I feel Last of Us is winning for the wrong social reasons.

Congratulations to them I guess but I don't agree. Gameplay was ok but nothing special but it had one of the worst stories and characters I've experienced in a video game and it has perhaps the shittiest ending to any game I've played as well
