Actually seeing a musician like you picking up Pulse 3D gives me more confidence on my preorder of that one. But then I remember that most of the audiophiles tend to have a library of headsets. :messenger_winking_tongue: Would love to have a thread with people sharing a variety of headsets even non-gaming ones through DualSense 3.5 aux jack.

I would love a thread like that. I’m f’ing lost. All I wanted was something better than the awful free beats I’ve been using for years.

Very "creative" alright. Thank the streamers for all the free marketing they do. Their compensation comes from their own hardwork. Leave them alone.

Don’t be too hard on the guy. He’s getting paid by Google to ruin the Stadia brand so they can close shop ASAP.

Do you guys think the Pulse3D headset will be A LOT better than the Sony Gold Headset? The place where I pre-ordered my PS5 is offering 150 euros for my PS4 Pro, thinking of bringing an extra Dualsense and the Pulse 3D Headset.

Actually it is true

Your data is meticulously gathered, categorised and then sold for impressions and clicks as ads. Google make a couple cents everytime you see an ad, a couple dollars if you click it.

If you have a habit of seeing and buying things off online ads they will even categorise you as a high value impression and charge more
I'm aware of how google makes money.

They are also the reason the web site you are viewing isn't charging you money.

It's idiotic to think you are owed something because advertising makes money for other people; it's like saying you should be paid money every time you buy something from a store. The money goes to the store for obvious reasons.. and it should be obvious why the ad money goes to the web site hosting the ad.. not the user viewing it. Neither google or the web site owes you jack shit.

So you are saying the common SDK which is PC is not right and games transferred to PC and XSX will not run as well until its fixed, and so early PC and XSX games running using this SDK will be missing some performance ?

Or does it just apply to XSX even though SDK is common. Will 5700 PC games loose performance built using this SDK and DX12 ?

I dont buy it but we will see. I can imagine some freatures such as VA (blending in late MIPs) and Direct storage being optimised and maybe ray tracing and VRS etc, but not the standard code and its performance in general....we will see on PC and XSX.
No...

What I’m saying GDK which is the API used by Xbox now. Wasn’t complete and running properly. Some features and tools wasn’t working as intended. Devs had to overcome some obstacles. By September GDK was working perfectly as intended with all features and tool sets working. GDK is fine now and running properly.

No, it's main new feature is noice-cancelling, I don't know why they cared to include that in a closed-back headphones dedicated for home use. I doubt sound quality is anything special.

If you want USB-C for charging, the new look, and hopefully better audio sound. Otherwise, if you have a PS4 headset, you might just be fine with that.

I am so sick of old USB micro or whatever the Gold headset and DS4 use, I'm happy to get the new stuff just for USB-C. Rest is bonus to me lol.

I think the Pulse may have slightly better battery life, not sure.

Oh true, my bad

I don’t think it’s impossible for a $100 headphone to sound good....I just think most gaming companies don’t bother and pump up the bass and bump up the price.

If they actually tuned it, maybe it could have some of those features like soundstage and imaging that actually help you pinpoint sounds.

The wild card are the mics and wireless tech. I don’t how much that costs to add in and how much it inflates the asking price. Then again, Sony can move way more units and so price can be lowered because of sales volume. If it had a slighter higher price point, I’d be a little more confident.

Im thinking:
Platinum
3D pulse
Gold

I picked up a braided right angle usb C for play and charge from my seating area. I don’t get charging cradles and back buttons make them obsolete anyway and I’m getting a back button as soon as it’s available.

I don't get it, why is he acting retarded?

He acts like cats.

Cats dont care the cat bed from the box, the box is more interesting

Try to sell it on online market places? I sold my Pro + 6 games(those that come in ps+) and 3 controllers for 310€, friend sold hers with 1 controller for 220€

Hey guys, for the folks who want to use an AV Receiver between their console(s) and TV. There is some important information:
There is a hardware bug (discovered by big German IT site Heise) in an HDMI 2.1 Chip from Panasonic Solutions. This chip is build into AV Receivers of Yamaha, Denon, Marantz and also Sony, Onkyo and Pioneer bought this chip from Panasonic Solutions. Because of this bug the AV Receiver can't pass through a 4K/120 HDR signal (only this is affected) and the bug can't be solved by a firmware update. The delivery of not faulty AV Receiver might end up mid next year at earliest when the chip will be replaced.
